It was a chilly, early morning in the Tepes estate, where the sun hasn't shown itself as Alucard opened his eyes, "I should get ready." I say to myself as I look to my right and see Urara softly snoring, sometimes muttering about yummy grass, her tail wrapped around my leg as I chuckle at the sight, "you really are too cute for any world, you know that?" I say to the sleeping Uma as I turn to look at the grandfather clock.
"Almost half past five, perfect." I say as I carefully unwrap Urara's tail and slowly walk over to the master bathroom in my room and twisting the dial for hot water I touch my choker, "bathing mode" I say firmly as my clothes turn to light particles, and I see myself in my birthday suit.
As I let the steaming water fill I grab a bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash each and place them in arms reach, 'perfect.' I say to myself as I lower one leg into the water and with a satisfied groan I lower my full body into the water and start washing my hair, making sure to thoroughly wash it before rinsing the soap off using a bucket to dump water from the tub on top of my head.
It was when I get halfway through washing my body when I hear a yawn coming from my bed as Urara slowly lifts her head up as she looks around, "Alu-Chan?" She asks in her half awake state as I decide to answer, "im in the bath cleaning up, don't come in." I warn her as I get a sleepy okay from her as I hastily begin scrubbing down and rinsing before getting out the tub and touching my choker again.
"Casual form" I say aloud as my usual clothing manifested in a instance of light before I step out with a towel as I gently pat down my hair as I see Urara trying and failing to stay awake, "Urara the bath is open, go clean up while it's still hot." I tell her as I head to my door and hear the sound of water splashing as I close the door behind me and head my way downstairs as I smell pancakes being made and I see the sight of Toriel making pancake batter while my sword flips the pancakes with human-like grace.
"Morning Mom, I see you're making breakfast early." I remark as I take a seat at the dinner table as Toriel looks at me with a motherly smile, "well I figure you were going to prepare leaving before the sun rises, so I got up at five exactly and started making breakfast, and somewhere during making the batter and cooking the eggs and sausage your sword joined flipping the pancakes in the pan." She explains as the sword flips a pancake into the air and it lands on a nearby plate with a pile of pancakes on it.
"Well I'll get started with plating." I tell Toriel as I begin placing plates and silverware on the dining room table, placing three pancakes on each with an extra fork, while scooping scrambled eggs onto the side with three small sausages on top, "hey mom where's the maple syrup?" I ask Toriel as the sword stops flipping and with its blade points to a pantry door labeled.
Sauces and syrups
"Thanks sword." I say to it as I walk past Toriel and grab the maple syrup, chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup and walk back to the dining room table and place the bottles on the table before pouring a crosshatch pattern of chocolate and strawberry syrup on top of the pancakes before placing fresh strawberries on top as garnish.
"Perfect." I say as I chef kiss my handiwork as Urara walks in with a happy smile on her face, "good morning everyone!" She says as I feel my heart melt as she takes a seat next to me as I hand her the maple syrup, "oh! Thank you Alu-Chan, your pancakes look pretty." She says as she pours syrup on her pancakes and starts digging in as Toriel sits down and joins us for breakfast.
Halfway through breakfast Toriel reminds me only a week, "I know mom, I'll stop at a nearby town and pick up supplies before I head there." I tell her as I take another bite of pancake, slowly chewing as I savor every flavor.
"That's all I ask dear, and if you get held up at least use telepathy magic to let me know, besides…" she says as a mischievous smirk appears on her lips, "its not like you're going to bring home a lady." She says teasingly as I choke on my milk.
"Mom I have a higher chance of taming a lioness than bringing a girl home!" I tell her as she gives me a knowing smirk, "I wouldn't sell yourself short sweetie, when I was a young lady goat, Asgore was like you, strong and charismatic, that's what made me fall for him…until…" she says as I pat her on the shoulder as I know what she went through I read the undertale/deltarune lore.
(Yeah for those who don't know, Toriel didn't like her husband when he started killing humans if my memory recalls, I'll need someone to fact check me.)
"It's okay mom, you're here with us now." I tell her as I grab my now empty plate and glass and place them in the sink, "alright im leaving now!" I tell her as I hear her say safe travels and I head to the front yard and place a droplet of my blood on the ground
*bloodsoul creation magic- bloodbourne raven*
I watch as the blood droplet multiplies and forms the shape of a giant crimson raven, "truly better than brooms." I say as I press my hand on its feathered body, taking note of its warmth as I get on its back.
"Alright, off to cairn village." I say to the raven as it screeches and begins flapping its wings and takes flight, I look down at the view as I see every road as the sun begins rising making a halo in the horizon as I pull out a compass and offer directions to cairn village where I see the entrance and dismount my raven before heading to a general store and after haggling with the owner I bought enought food for two whole weeks and a custom made sleeping bag made by his wife on short notice.
And all of it was 75,000 yuls.
As I used spatial magic to store everything I see a church with an old nun sweeping the front of the church, so I stop and give her 10,000 yuls as a donation before summoning my raven again as I head In the direction of the ultime volcano trial, and as I get halfway there I see a figure in the distance and see wild, flaming red hair.
"No way! Is that…?"

So I don't know how much everything is in yuls, so I'm going to assume 100 yuls is equal to one U.S dollar, so 75,000 yuls is equivalent to 750 dollars, with 500 of that going toward a custom made sleeping bag.

Anyways im going to introduce Merleona next chapter and have them discover a dungeon in the volcano trail(not the one inside the volcano, that one is for later)
