I can't even deny it, I want to get some minor fame points with this one. So we're gonna be legit political on some topical bullshit.
First, the most controversial for liberals: I like Trump's immigration policy with it being strictly legal or nothing. He might be going a bit too hard sometimes, but I generally support it.
Second for everyone else, and liberals too: I like the Iran War. I even want to fight in it. Iran is not a good place to me. I remember seeing pieces of its people as we got lead up to this war. And they were degenerates and losers who we would be better off leaving behind. Islam has ruined their minds. Too much patriarchy, women brainwashed into being abused for fun and liking it, it's all such depressing ignorance. We're better off bombing that nation to death. I wouldn't even give them the mercy of finishing them off with a gun, they get bombed and rinsed with napalm if it was up to me.
Trump is currently saying a whole civilization will die if a deal isn't met over the Strait of Hormuz or whatever the Strait is called. I like it to an extent. He should just kill them anyway.
Liberal controversy moment maybe again. This time it's on Racial Inequity. How does it even happen? Like seriously, how does this even happen besides small scale racism events? Like for example, a landlord immediately upping the price of your potential rent when you go apply to rent a house. I legit don't get it when I think about it for even a second when it comes to things with visible price tags. Like groceries and your landlord publicly displaying the rent for a house on his website. The only way it works is if there's lots of somewhat easy to expose scams happening where stuff like the scam I just mentioned before happens. Or perhaps stuff like the hospital's black book of prices for surgeries and what not. Where there's a even blacker book for black people.
An article claims homeowners are overtaxed to Mamdani, which invents for this issue he's pursuing, because I saw this issue pop up because of New York and Mamdani. If they're so poor, how do they own a home in New York City of all places? This more invents to me he is trying to benefit rich people on this one if they can afford to own a home in New York.
Chicago time and the Teen Trends of hanging out in large packs across this city. How um... doesn't this happen normally all the time? You're supposed to be a large city, there should be crowds of people all the time. Maybe crowds of children being weird makes sense, but teenagers? Those moody guys and gals need to get out the house once in a while, and they can't always be inside playing videogames. Especially when we invent parents saying "Please go outside for once. Go touch grass."
I'm annoyed they're acting like it's a big deal besides the property damage and the minor incident that happened with a teenage girl having a weapon and being disrespectful. And perhaps the potential "altercations" which I bet are fist fights are concerning too. But this is real life, this happens normally with adults. And they're pre-adults, which means they should have the freedom to gather like this. At worst, there was something cool for teens and young adults to do in those areas, and they want to restrict their fun based on how it's weird and concerning for teens to be outside.
"Bill C-9 makes it easier for people of faith and others to be criminally charged because of views that other people take offense to," he told Fox News Digital. "The bill weakens protections for freedom of expression and freedom of religion, especially with the removal of the longstanding religious defense, which has stipulated that religious beliefs and religious texts expressed in good faith cannot be seen as 'hateful.'"
This is a quote from a fox news article I just started reading. This one: https://www.foxnews.com/media/canada-hate-bill-could-weaponized-people-faith-conservative-lawmaker-warns
I like the idea of weakening this defense that religious beliefs expressed in good faith can't be seen as hateful. It states and maintains the fact that just because your God said that something like, I dunno, being gay or trans is wrong, you still can't be considered to be acting in good faith. Especially as we all know that each religion is just an opinion on who, what, or how many Gods there are.
Stephen Colbert's show is ending. That's a shame, I rather like that late night politics show.
So voter suppression nonsense has led to a new standard for requiring proof you are an American citizen at the polls if you want to vote. If it was up to me, I'd only require telling them your social security number and rocking on. Does that work? Lemme check if immigrants get one.
Well, it should work well enough as is. Especially if we take the effort to organize Social Security information properly, and link this info to your background check. Which admits we just check your social security number, maybe see your legit card if we're antsy, and check to see if you're a legit citizen or an immigrant. Good enough for me. We could be rude and only do native born citizens for votes, but that's lame. I want all legal citizens permanently staying in America to be able to vote.
Apparently the Obama library asks for verification of citizenship. Just to visit. Which is funny and makes somewhat sense. For my local library, we should ID to be able to use a computer. But just to enter is a bit weird to me. Guess it isn't a spot to loiter during the day.
So Hegseth is wanting to push military soldiers away from woke colleges like Harvard and instead taps Hillsdale according to fox: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/hegseth-cuts-ivy-league-ties-military-education-shake-up-taps-hillsdale
As a legit tactician, this annoys me in some ways. Most of these colleges should be fine, but tapping a Christian college is annoying. Don't y'all know Christians are soft as well sometimes? Sure, they're annoying Republicans. But they are also very nice to people like the homeless. Which invents they will get a nice Christian education, get softened up by the bible and nuns. And end up wanting to pursue peace and not be a warrior. Annoying. Ban all religious universities from this list for military people.
Trump is considering leaving NATO. I always hate this idea, it's where we're united with all the countries of the world to an extent. It's a good world meeting to have. And we have legit OP levels of power there as a superpower. But I admit, on a tactician scale, I understand to an extent. Being required to help countries you don't like if NATO asks us to is very annoying.
Fun moment, robots seem to finally be getting good enough to handle daily tasks according to this: https://www.foxnews.com/tech/home-robot-cooks-cleans-organizes-your-life
I just like this vibe. The closer we get to this however, the closer we get to needing to make basic income a thing. Cause if a robot can clean your home, it can also do your McDonald's job. Which invents that Animatrix movie, but the sad version. Where we all starve because robots took our jobs.
People complaining about minimum wage ruining our fast food prices is dumb to me. Apparently $20 in California ruined everything for us. Blame Illinois and our $15 an hour while you're at it. It's stupid to me to admit this but a lot of minimum wage jobs or jobs close to it are essential. Like store worker. An easy job yes, but dangerous when it comes to potential crimes. Cause a store is by far more likely to be robbed than a home. Let alone there's hundreds of people at an average Wal-Mart a day compared to your home. These jobs and all jobs should have a livable minimum wage for one good reason: the minimum wage should be enough to pay rent and your bills. Being Indiana and getting $10 an hour or some shit only works if your rent is $400. And you don't pay any other bills. Seriously, just imagine paying for your bills in your home with a McDonald's job on Indiana's minimum wage.
In addition, these jobs are important enough to be useful even if a lot of these jobs are meant for kids. Most jobs that "functional, real adults" have take four years of college. Even if you could stay with your parents for years on end to pay for college on this wage, it admits based on $7 an hour alone, this is a sad impossibility and your parents would want you to do two jobs and college at the same time to get a better life much faster. Which invents exhaustion, and the fact that this is stupid amounts of overwork for two $7 an hour jobs.
And that was the entire fox front page for today just about. Everything I found interesting anyway. I only have a few things left to be said.
One, break windows to lower temperatures to avoid global warming.
Two, I think the American Government should open their own businesses besides just selling guns to help pay off our debts. Or increase taxes. But opening businesses would be fun. I like the idea of selling food and drugs we like. Which is weed and beer at the moment. Making our own farm land out of a national park, and making money off of it to pay off our debts would be rad. And selling drugs in addition to guns sounds cool.
That's all for now, peace and love webnovel.
