He screamed staring at me.
He remembers me!
"Y- you remember me?"
I hesitantly asked the question, my eyes, my face both glowing with happiness.
"No... I am sorry... I just...saw you in my dream, so the words just slipped out of my mouth, sorry to startle you!"
"N- no...need, you...said you saw me? In your dreams?"
"Yeah...it might be just a coincidence, nothing more!..."
I could feel him getting uncomfortable, as I heard someone jogging down stairs.
"Honey!"
A voice, similar to mine chimed in my ears.
It was Laurel... Sarah now!
She hugged Luca, before kissing his cheek in front of me.
And that very moment, something shattered inside me...so loudly, that if it had been audible...it was easily enough to scare the whole planet.
My heart was crushed into million little pieces, the woman who was me, was with the man I had lost, whi cherished me more than the whole world.
"You!"
I gasped at them, as Laurel, Sarah smiled wickedly at me.
"Meet my boyfriend, or you can say future hubby...Luca Black!"
"Love you know her?"
Luca stared at Laurel, shockingly.
"Oh no! I just bumped into her this morning when I went out for a walk!"
"Walk? I told you to not go all alone by yourself! You know how clumsy you are,.you get hurt when you are with me! Do you want to die! Come on let's go inside! I still need to check for fever!"
And right before me, right Infront of my eyes, Luca walked with someone who looked like me,
But wasn't me.
Tears dripped from my eyes, one after another... I don't remember heartbreaks being this painful, this was just like the other times when I was used right?
Then why? Why does it hurt so much? Why is it so much painful?
I walked and walked...till I arrived at my secret hideout.
The sun had set already, darkness spread all around the sky.
It was a mountain top, from where the whole city was easily and beautifully visible. Small, shiny and shimmery lights everywherein the dark.
Sitting on the grass, I sat with my knees touching my chest.
"Why was I born? When this was all I was sent down to face, then why was I made, sent in this world, is there anyone who wants me...is there anyone who...who will be mine for my whole life, love me... cherish me?"
"There was no one!"
"You are wrong!"
It was Laurel, who spoke from behind, I stood up from my place facing her.
"It's trued that Luca was yours first, but I took him and yeah I am not even ashamed of it...but what about the man you have been hurting ever since you went in my place?"
Who was she talking about?
"You talked to him as if he was the worst man alive in the whole world, when all he wanted was to give you love and recieve the same from you! Have you ever even noticed him? Looked at him, admired the things he had done for you?"
" I'm talking about Cassian, he wasn't going to be mine, even of I were to change him, he was never going to be mine but he is yours...and you never even looked at him."
"If Luca was yours, so why can't Cassian be it too!"
"Stop justifying your malicious acts, of stealing Luca from me by talking about Cassian and guilt trapping me after telling me how I had been ignoring him!"
"You were the one who chose to change the plot! If you wanted to, so you should have stayed there and lived it! Wy did you ruined my life for yourself!"
"Not like you were living a happy life here! At least I am!"
"How can you be so selfish, your brother-"
"Don't even talk about him! He knew everything, that I loved his best friend yet he never took my side! He knew that Elodie and Cassian were having an affair! Yet he...he kept supporting his best friend!"

"Shut up, Sarah! You know nothing about me!"
She pushed me back as I fell over the fence, I tried grabbing over the fence or anything, but couldn't as I fell and closed my eyes shut... Before I bounced over something.
I gasped and opened my eyes, found myself in a room with a white ceiling.
And my right hand in a gentle hold.
I looked over at my right hand, and whose grip it was in...
And IV was in my right hand Cassian's hand was resting on mine, with his head laid on the corner of the mattress, his eyes were closed and the area around it red.
The door slowly opened and my body tensed up, Cecily walked inside the room with bags in her hands, followed by her house help, who was holding Ayla in her arms.
As soon as she saw her eyes widened and she was about to say something but I signed her not to.
She smiled and nodded, keeping all the stuff carefully on the table and came close to me.
Her hand went on my forehead, wiping away the sweat with a tissue paper.
"The fever has reduced!"
"Fever?"
She nodded.
"Your father had called Cassian in emergency but he didn't pick up the phone call, and then he called me and I rused here...the coincidence was that Cassian had Kalix shift here too and then he got to know about you and your condition..."
"Kalix? Where is he?"
"Oh don't worry he is fine! It was a minor accident, and now he is in perfect health, eventhough we still haven't told him about you being admitted in the hospital!"
I looked over at Cassian, who was still sleeping like a baby.
"He cried like a baby and this was the first ever time, I had seen him cry, he insisted on staying with you, while the doctors were treating you."
My heart fluttered at her sentence.
"As much as I thought I would hate a man crying for his woman, I think I haven't loved any singel gesture more than this, after every 10 minutes, he checked your fever and stayed away for you the whole night."

Laurel's words were ringing in my ear.
And my first fear was Luca, and now, he had moved on...move on because he no longer remembered me.
The times when I treated Cassian rudely, was the only thing that kept flashing Infront of my eyes.
Even Luca had moved on because he had forgotten me, so why couldn't I give a chance to Cassian, it might be painful, it might take some time, but in the end it could work.
The only thing I required was some time, just some little time.
While Cassian was sleeping, he moved his hand,and I got Afraid, the he might accidentally touch the IV so I tried taking my hand back a little, but all of a sudden he sat up straight.
"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"
He began Apologising continuously, caressing my fingers softly.
Cecily who had been standing there laughed so loud thag it shook Cassian.
"What are you doing here!"
He gasped, as she shook her head.
"The lunch box is on the table, make sure to feed her and eat yourself too, I'm going to Kalix!"
She left while laughing, while Cassian was sitting next to me, his cheeks red.
He looked at me, and saw me staring at him too.
"I didn't even do anything!"
I laughed loudly at his sentence and innocence.
Making him chuckle, too.

Kalix stood Infront of me, he had gotten discharged, more likely forced the doctors to discharge him because today was mine and Cassian's wedding.
"Are you sure you are okay?"
I stared at him worriedly, as he just smiled at me, caressing my head.
"I'm fine! You are worrying for nothing!"
I smiled back at him, before I remembered something.
"I met Laurel."
His eyes widened as he looked at me not ready to believe what I said.
"You...are joking right?"
I shook my head.
"She is okay...she...is in my world."
"What?"
He looked even more shocked, his body tensed up.
"And not just her...Luca..."
He frowned.
"What about him?"
"He is also living with her as her boyfriend, he doesn't remember me, for him everything was just a dream."
I could tell it was hard for him to listen.
"Your sister, has no wish of coming back, she is happy... with Luca, also known as her boyfriend."
