Marcus gaze shifted from Vivian to Ranger. Their gang wasn't your average organization so he wasn't aware of the person in charge of each camp, the person with that knowledge was Nicholas.
Besides, his own job was to act as the muscle of the gang so it made sense that he wouldn't know who the head of each camp was, after all, they had more than 20 camps within the southern region.
