"I am Aiagos of the Celestial Star Garuda, an Underworld Warrior under Lord Hades!"
"During this war, the Pluto Army of the Underworld has captured Mephisto's royal city. Your king is now preparing to surrender to us."
"So, there is only one purpose for this visit: sign your name on this contract, and then you may leave."
After speaking, Aiagos revealed a contract inscribed with the divine script of Hades himself.
No matter how powerful a demon lord might be, once their signature was affixed, their soul after death would return to the Underworld. This was the law of Hades.
The moment his words landed, the demon lords erupted in uproar.
When—ever—the most powerful among them, Mephisto, would have to obey the will of another?!
But what shocked them even more was what came next.
Mephisto himself picked up the pen, signed the contract, and sealed it with his own blood.
Immediately, an even more terrifying aura appeared, binding his soul.
Old Mephisto was a master of manipulating souls. Facing this level of attack, he knew its function well.
"A clever trick… but the Law of Souls has no effect on me!"
He muttered in the shadows, signing the contract lightly. As long as God Hades remained alive, the contract could not harm him.
"Very well. You've signed. Now, the next step is yours!"
The territory the Underworld sought was currently held by over a dozen Hell Lords. To complete the treaty, each of them would need to cede their land—but every parcel was their lifeblood. Could they possibly agree so easily?
A surge of coercive energy erupted.
The Hell Lords instinctively moved to resist, their combined power ready to reject the unequal treaty.
"Why? Are you refusing to sign this contract?"
Several demon lords roared in anger, their auras attempting to crush the opposition.
"Uh-huh!"
Suddenly, two figures at the doorway vanished and reappeared behind the dissenting lords.
No magic, no techniques—just raw physical strength. Over and over, they slammed into the lords, forcing them to the ground.
"Ah! Barton! Belial!"
Even Lucifer and the two former Seven Demon Kings were crushed by Balendain and Xilufei. One strike each left their bodies battered, their wings and horns torn, their faces marred.
In an instant, none of the demon lords retained the arrogance they had moments before.
Instead, they now understood the terrifying power of the Underworld.
"Alright, Balendain, Xilufei, stand down for now."
At Aiagos' command, the two retreated, resuming their post at the doorway. The assembled lords now grasped the reason for such formidable gatekeepers: to prevent any disruption from within.
"Mephisto, your prestige is unmatched!"
At that moment, an even greater coercion swept through the royal city.
Yet Aiagos, tapping into his eighth-sense small universe, radiated a power that made even the divided territory of Mephisto feel threatened.
The nightmare Mephista, Setorak, snorted disdainfully.
"All the lands in this contract do not belong to me. I will not interfere. Let's see how long this so-called Underworld and Pluto can endure!"
With that, Setorak vanished through a purple circular portal.
"Interesting… interesting humans," Aiagos muttered.
Another green demon, slowly revealing its form, emerged. Its body was covered in writhing tentacles like a deep-sea horror—reminiscent of the Great Old One, Cthulhu. One enormous blood-red eye glared coldly at everything.
This was the dimension lord Suma—the most powerful demon present. Its aura far surpassed all others.
Aiagos felt the coercion pressing against him, yet he resisted it with sheer will. This Suma had not manifested in his true form.
"Pluto… is that Hades?"
A powerful spiritual force targeted Aiagos directly. From it, another wave of terrifying energy emanated—the unmistakable presence of Lord Hades himself.
"My people… can a dimensional Mephista stop us? Hmm?"
