Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 - Humanity vs Nature 7

As the tornado of sand enveloped Pyro, he was taken aback.

"Pyro. Concept. Of. Fire. You. Shall. Die. Now."

 chuckle

 "Are you sure about that?"

Pyro was now mad and his flame, now blue, started to consume the tornado of sand. Soon the tornado was no longer under the control of Sneaky but under the control of Pyro.

 "H-how. Are. You. Doing. This!"

But Pyro did not answer, because no answer was needed. It was but a difference in the level of attack. The blue flames were simply too powerful for mere sand to handle as it turned into glass[1] and with a little push the shards were now flying towards Sneaky.

Sneaky covered himself with his arm and the shards shattered further when they came into contact with Sneaky's arm. But it was but a diversion.

Pyro had closed the distance and hit Sneaky with a fire hammer.

Sneaky stumbled backwards so hard he would've fallen had he not moved the earth to support himself.

"I. See. More. Powerful. Going. To. Take. You. Serious."

From the earth sprouted pillars of gabbro. The golem, normally made of basalt, was now covered by an armor of Gabbro, with obsidian edges. The armor was black and the only spec of color left in Sneaky was his one purple eye, which was still glowing.

"Man, that armor looks so cool."

The stones around began moving, all trying to destroy Pyro. Pyro used his blue flames as a shield, but one where anything that comes into contact with it is cut into a million pieces.

Sneaky went for a sneaky punch and Pyro countered with his own punch. Neither stone nor fire were willing to lose.

 But...

 What is a rock?

A rock is a solid material that exists naturally composed of different minerals. They are split into three categories: Igneous, formed from the cooling of molten rock (Lava), Sedimentary, formed from the accumulation and compression of sediments (such as sand), and Metamorphic, which are when already existing rock changes due to pressure, heat or chemical reactions.

This makes Sneaky very strong, durable and especially resistant to fire. He does not crumble under pressure and can be very hotheaded.

An uppercut, followed with a jab, then an overhead swing. All these were attacks made by either Pyro or Sneaky, yet none left any damage between dodges and being extremely sturdy.

"Hey, rocky, how come I hit you so much and you're still not damaged?"

 "Because. Your. Attacks. Are. Weak."

 "I'll show you!"

Pyro shot a greater amount of fireballs than he'd ever shot, but each and every one of them was easily taken care of by the rocks around Sneaky.

Sneaky then fired lava from the lava cannons, only for Pyro to meet him with a flamethrower.

This time thought, it was Sneaky who closed the distance and delivered a massive punch to Pyro, who flew backwards.

They were countering each other and going blow for blow. Sometimes one would land an attack only for the other to just walk it off and get back in the fight.

Pyro had had enough, if he couldn't end it soon he would run out of conceptual power, but it was likely his opponent was too. He could attack with a big hit if he could charge it up, he just needed to stall.

"So, why did concepts such as you and your other allies decide to follow Tapio?"

"I. Because. Of. Loyalty. Tapio. Always. Looked. Out. For. Me."

 "And your buddies?"

"Villtir. Skepna. Because. Respect. Lord. Tapio. Always. Take. Care. Of. Little. Guys., Primallona. Because. He. More. Powerful. She. Defeated. By. Lord. Tapio. In. Past."

 "I see..."

"What. About. You. Why. Join. Puny. Human.?"

"I understand his potential, more than anyone, I know he can do anything."

 "Others.?"

"Kyle was created by Adam and respects Adam for who he is. Yumud is just like Primallona, all about respecting his power."

 "Similar.!"

"Can't say it is too different. Now, shall we end things?"

 "Agreed."

Every rock in the vicinity that was above ground was now joining up to form an enormous barrage of attacks. On the other hand, Pyro turned purple. though the transformation took him a lot of energy, he'd need the power boost if he wanted to win in the next attack. He made many fire birds.

When the rocks collided with the fire birds the attacks nullified each other and created a lot of dust. From the dust appeared Pyro in front of Sneaky. Pyro created a spear using the last drops of his conceptual power and threw it at Sneaky's one eye.

Sneaky, who had nothing left to give, attempted to defend himself with his hand, but it was so weak against an attack that focused all its power into a single point that the spear made a hole through Sneaky's hand and scratched his eye.

Sneaky fell, but said before hitting the ground.

"I. Admit. Defeat. You. Stronger. Than. Me."

After hearing this, Pyro fell from the sky as he turned his usual orange. He'd gone so far beyond his limit that his consciousness faded before even hitting the ground.

A few moments later, Kyle appeared to take them both out of the battlefield, for a new force far stronger than the generals was getting closer by the second.

The silhouette of Tapio was approaching at a steady pace, but even from a distance his presence was intimidating.

Kyle sent a it of his grey light into the sky, giving Adam and Tsara the signal that they could shoot it now.

Adam, who received the signal, told Tsara to use it, their new attack Tsar Bomba.

They shot and it hit Tapio head-on.

Booom

Even from caravela they saw the huge mushroom shaped cloud, yet Tapio was barely fazed.

"Tsara, I will fight him, but I need you to be my sword, will you?"

"Adam, don't ask such silly questions, I will always be your weapon."

Adam, while holding Tsara in the form of a sword, calmly arrived face to face with Tapio, both extremely calm.

[1] A blue flame can reach temperatures between 1,500 and 2,000 °C (≈2,732–3,632 °F), depending on its fuel and oxygen supply. That’s hot enough to melt most common glass (which liquefies around 1,400 °C / 2,552 °F), but only an oxygen-enriched blue flame — exceeding about 1,700 °C / 3,092 °F — could melt pure silica sand into glass.
