Day 1 in Thailand:-
Jay's POV
I woke up when the sunlight pierced through the windows and hit me directly in the face. Then came the ringing sound of the alarm, signaling that it was 5:30 and we have half an hour to get downstairs before kavin drags us out himself.
I stirred awake and tried to move but was stopped by a strong arm which was wrapped tightly around my waist. I froze. Then I felt someone's warm breath on my neck. I slowly turned to my side, only to see keifer sleeping beside me while hugging me with his face buried in my neck.
Jay( in her mind ): didn't I tell him to sleep on the couch? What is he doing here? Don't melt jay. U have to stay strong. Remember why u r mad at him. Don't let him get to u so soon.
After giving myself a pep talk, I smacked him on the face with a pillow. He woke up and left me, giving me just enough time to get up from the bed.
Keifer: ow! Wifey, is this a way to wake people up in the morning.
Jay: ur face is the wifey. Didn't I tell u to sleep on the couch, then what r u doing here huh.
Keifer: I couldn't sleep. The couch was too small for me and I didn't have u their to cuddle with.
Jay: oh so u want me to sleep on the couch instead so u can sleep peacefully on the bed.
Keifer: I didn't say that. I would never do anything that makes u uncomfortable. Why r u twisting my words.
Jay: u know what, just leave it be. We have to get ready before kavin and the others try to come and drag us downstairs.
Keifer: Does that mean u forgive me.🥺
Jay: No. It means I don't want to ruin my morning or this trip by fighting with u all the time. But I'm still mad at u. Now let's go.
I took some clothes out of my bag and went to the bathroom to freshen up and change. After me, keifer also went to freshen up and change as well.
I wore Jeans and crop top and a jacket on top since it was rainy season and it was a little cold. With that I wore the sneakers, tied up my hair in a pony tail, wore my necklace and some lip gloss. I also took a small handbag with me.
Keifer wore pants and t-shirt with a jacket on top, paired with shoes and a Rolex watch. His hair were falling on his forehead effortless which went great with that smug smirk of his.
We went downstairs and met up with everyone in the hotel's restaurant.
Percy: good morning lovebirds.
Tony: I'm surprised u survived the night keifer.
Mason: good for u buddy.
Rory: did u guys even sleep?
Edrix: nah, I think keifer was busy making up with jay all night long🤭
Jay( glaring ): keep talking if u don't want to use ur tongue anymore.
Tripp: ohhh, I think old Jay's coming back.
Mateo: only one thing is missing.
Felix: what's that?
Thyme: oh yeah, she doesn't have a drink in her hand.
Mateo: ding ding ding!
Jay: don't start😠
Kavin: ok guys, listen up. Here's what we r going to do today. First we'll visit Bangkok's iconic temples, then we'll visit the flower market, then see the sunset at wat sakte and last but not the least, explore the night market.
Drew: why r we going to the temples.
Ren: to pray for keifer's safety.🤣
Gorya: yeah and then afterwards he can try to convince jay with a bouquet of flowers.
Ci-n: and we can always have food if that doesn't work.
Jay: u guys do know I'm right here, right?
Thyme: ok guys, it's getting late. Let's eat our breakfast quickly, we need to get to our first place by 8 am to beat the crowd.
Freya: yeah, I don't want to wait in line.
Percy: and aries baby will get grumpy if we have to wait.
Aries: I'm not ur baby!😠
We ate our breakfast with way too much chaos to bare early in the morning and then started driving and then took a ferry ride to our first destination.
We reached there soon and made our way inside.
Percy: what is this called again?
Thyme: wat arun ratchawararam
Gorya: or in other words, Temple of Dawn.
Ren: guys take off ur shoes before going inside. There r some reusable bags here that u can use to carry ur shoes.
" Ok "
We took off our shoes and slipped them into the reusable bags. Luckily I was wearing socks so I don't have to worry about freezing here.
Kaning: little history for u guys, wat arun is is nestled on the banks of the Chao ephrata river and it's history dates back to over 300 years, this iconic temple showcases the captivating Khmer-style architecture that has enchanted visitors for centuries.
Mj: let's go to the top guys. At the heart of wat arun is it's toweringvspire phra pang, which soars above 70 meters in height. Let's go see that first.
Edrix: really, 70 meters?
Kavin: yeah, let's go see.
We started climbing the stairs. Apparently climbing the spire is now strictly forbidden, but we can still take the stairs to the middle level of the grand pagoda, where we were rewarded with the stunning views of the Chao phraya river and grand palace making the long climb worth it.
Drew: ok I was wrong. Coming to the temple is sick!
David: nice call guys.
Percy: ok, it's pretty but not more than my handsome face.
Ci-n: that's bcz u r ugly, that's why no one can compete with u, u uncircumcised brat.
Percy: what did u say shorty🤨
Jay: stop it guys. We came here to see the view not u two fight.
Rory: yeah, if we wanted to do that, we could have just stayed at the hotel.
Aum: where we also have popcorn to go with this chaos.
Mj: guys let's just enjoy the moment for a while ok. We still have a lot of places to go so just relax ok.
We roamed around the temple a little more, saw it's intricate and ornate decoration adorning the spires. The temple was covered in a mosaic of tiny seashells, beautiful colored glass, and porcelain making it glimmer in the sunlight and perfect to take cinematic photos in.
All through the tour, keifer stuck by my side, took my pics when he thought I didn't notice, adored me way more than the temple and just made me feel happy with his presence.
After spending about an hour at wat arun, we made our way to our next destination by again crossing the river and then driving a little more.
Gorya: welcome to The Grand Palace & Temple of the Emerald Buddha everyone.
Thyme: aka the crown jewels of Bangkok's historic sites.
Kavin: first up, The Grand Palace, constructed in 1782 when king Rama decided to make Bangkok the new capital of siam, this royal thai palace is one of the must-see sights when u come to bangkok.
Eren: we came here to enjoy, not take a history lesson.
Drew: boring!
Rakki: hey guys, it's actually pretty interesting if u pay some attention to it.
Zia: yeah, it's really cool getting to know how these beauties were made.
Ren: those who don't want to listen can just go and look around cause we pplan to make ur trip as memorable and interesting as possible.
We roamed around a bit, took some pics and some videos of the beautiful palace and then went to our Wat Pho, our next destination situated across the street from The Grand Palace.
Thyme: The best thing Wat Pho is the giant 46 meter long reclining Buddha which this place is widely famous for.
We wandered through the temple complex, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere which didn't last long with section e and my team being here, who r basically a chaos bomb when together.
The thing that mesmerised me the most was the largestvreclining Buddha statue that is completely covered in gold leaf.
Eman: is this real gold?
Drew: don't mind if I test it🤑
Gorya: don't u even dare touch it.
Thyme: I'll personally break ur hands if u do.
Drew: geez relax, old habits, can't help it.
We wandered around for almost an hour and half after which we were all tired.
Aum: let's go get some massage and then we can go get something to eat.
Tony: where can we get a masaage?
Gorya: wat pho has a place for massages and traditional thai medicines. It's also air conditioned so we can cool off there for a while.
Ci-n: u had me at ac. Come on rakki and jay, let's go.
We cooked down for a while in the ac and had some massages which honestly helped me forget my anger a bit but I won't forgive keifer that easily.
While the others were busy with their massages, I secretly slipped away from them and went to the medicine corner. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one who managed to slip through unnoticed.
Keifer: hey, what r u doing here?
Jay: nothing.
Keifer: don't lie to me jay. Who r these medicines for.
Jay: for papa, percy and keigan.
Keifer( confused ): what? Why?
Jay: to help papa recover quickly and the same goes for percy. Ik he still has problems bcz of that accident but he doesn't want anyone to find out about it so I thought maybe these can help him. And also some traditional medicines for keigan to help with fatigue. He didn't look too good when I visited u all before coming here. He was too tired and Ik he won't take care of himself and get too busy with his exams and me being like his ate, I want to help him, I can't help him with his studies so I thought to help him this way.
Keifer: u don't have to do that.
Jay: I want to.
Keifer: u r really caring jay. Thank u.
Jay: shut up. I'm just doing what I feel is right. And I don't want u to tell anyone else ok, so keep ur mouth shut. This stays between u and me.
Keifer( chuckling ): yes ma'am.
Jay: now let's go before the others start assuming things.
Keifer( smirking ): I wouldn't mind that😏
I just glared at him and then we both went back to the others.
Aries: where were u both?
Mason: were u two doing something?😏
Felix: maybe our jayfer just wanted some alone time🤭
Ci-n: alone time for what jay?
Thyme: u guys do know this is a temple, right?
Jay: u guys r the worst. We weren't doing anything, ok. So shut up.
Mj: wait, did u forgive keifer already.
Jay: no.
Gorya: why? Just do it already. Look at him. Look how sad he is without u.
I looked at him and he made his pouty cute face at me that always makes me melt. No jay, get a grip. Don't let him melt u. Let's enjoy this for a little longer.
I immediately averted my gaze from him.
Jay: I'm hungry. Let's go eat something now.
Ci-n: yeah me too.
Kaning: let's go to Make me Mango. It's a quirky cafe which serves really fun dishes with mango twist.
Gorya: yeah let's go. I'm really in the mood for some mangos right now.
Thyme: ok, let's go.
We left wat pho and made our way to make me mango cafe.
Kaning: so what do u all want to eat.
She said as we settled down on our seats.
We looked through the menu and then ordered what we wanted.
Waiter: is that everything sir and ma'am?
Thyme: yeah that's everything.
Waiter( looking at jay ): r u sure u don't want anything else ma'am.
Before I could answer, keifer wrapped an arm around my shoulder and answered for me.
Keifer: she's taken and she's sure. Just get our orders.
Waiter: um, ok sir.
He said and went away.
Robin: possessive keifer alert!
Mj: see, that's why we all r telling u to forgive him already. Look what happened, we all have an arm around our girls so they know they r taken but u didn't let keifer and that waiter almost died bcz of it.
Gorya: no he won't. Jay knows how to control keifer, don't u jay😏
Aries: stop teasing them and keep ur arm to yourself Watson.
Keifer: what is I don't?🤨
Aries: then u'll loose it.
Jay: stop it, both of u. This is a public place. People r looking at us.
Kent: people will always look, let them. We don't care.
Blaster: yeah, u guys continue.
After a few more minutes with this chaos and annoying hunger, our food arrived and we started feasting on it with a side of teasing and chaos. I had mango sticky rice, mango smoothie and poke bowl and ofc it can't be complete without some ice cream🤩
Afterwards we visited the Bangkok Flower Market( Pak Khlong Talat ) which was a short 10 minute walk away from Make Me Mango.
Everyone spread out to wander on their own. The couples started selecting flowers and then the boys gave them to their girls while the singles went all dramatic on them. And me, I just watched the chaos unfold from a distance.
Drew: too cheesy.
Felix: too old fashioned.
Robin: shut up, it's cute.
Eren: ofc u would say that. After all, u r in a relationship yourself.
Robin: don't act like u don't have a gazillion girlfriendssss.
Suddenly someone patted my shoulder from behind, I turned to see who it was and saw keifer kneeling on one knee with a bouquet of white and red Rose's.
Jay: what r u doing?
Keifer: apologizing to my wifey with a bouquet of flowers. It's both of our favorites.
Jay: get up before someone sees u like this.
Keifer: not before u forgive me.
Jay: why r u so stubborn.
Keifer: like wifey like hubby.
Jay: I'm not ur wifey.
Keifer( smirking ): not yet.😏
Ci-n( shouting ): guys look over there at our jayfer.
Erdix: wait, is he proposing?
Denzel: in the middle of the street? Bold.
Jay: he's not proposing guys.
Keifer: not yet😏

Jay: see what u r doing. Now get up.
Keifer: accept my apology first.
Jay: ugh, fine. I forgive u. Now get up.
Keifer: really😃
Jay: yes now get up u idiot.
Keifer: profanity.
He said and then the next second he got up and kissed me. After a while we pulled apart but he again kissed me. I was shocked but kissed him back.
When we pulled away, he hugged me and I hugged him back. Then he gave me the bouquet and I happily took it.
Then we turned around to see aries being held back by the f4 and half of section e while the others were cheering and screaming at us.
Ci-n: our jayfer is back!🥳
Gorya: go jayfer🥳
Aries: let go of me. Watosn, u r dead now😡
Keifer( grinning ): u can try but u won't succeed.
Ella: calm down aries. Jay do something.
Jay: shut up keifer. Aries calm down, it was just a kiss.
Aries: how dare he kiss u. That's not allowed.
Mason: well, they r a couple so it's going to happen.
Aries: u stay out of this. Now let me go.
Jay: kuya ari calm down.
Aries: no, u don't get to use that tone right now. I'm not going to leave this Watson brat today.
Percy( while hugging aries ): calm down aries baby.
Aries: ew, get off me percy or u'll die too.
After a LOT of trying, aries finally calm down and decided to let keifer live a little longer.
Thyme: ok now that everyone has calm down, let's go to our next destination to watch the sunset. We can't let this ruin our plans ok.
Gorya: yeah, this is ur first sunset in thailand, let's go everyone.
Jay: where r we going?
Kavin: Wat Saket ( Golden Mount Temple )
Kaning: we have like 3 hours till sunset so let's go quickly otherwise we won't be able to reach the top in time.
Percy: what top?
Ren: u'll see.
We once again got in our cars and drove to wat saket and reached there soon.
Mica: uh guys, where exactly is the temple?
Mj: right up those 320 stairs.
Freya: stairs? U didn't say anything about stairs.
Kaning: it won't take too long to reach the top. In between there r even ancient prayer bells that we can ring. It is said they bring good fortune and there is even a small cafe halfway through so we can rest there for a while too.
Ci-n: ok, anything for food. Let's go guys.
Drew: I'll ring every single bell. I need that good fortune.
Jay: Me too. I need some peace in my life.
Keifer; then that means u don't want section e with u.
Ci-n: what? Jay, u don't want us anymore.
Felix: wow jay, I thought we were friends.
Jay: stop being so dramatic. I just want some quiet and peace for some time. No chaos, No fights, just me and my peace.
Mason( teasing ): does that peace include keifer.
" Aieeee "
Jay: I don't want to hear this again. I'm going up. U all can come when u r done with ur teasing.
Ci-n: hey jay, wait up.
We all started climbing the stairs and rang every bell we saw on our way up. After a bit of climbing, we got tired so we took a little stop at the cafe and then resumed climbing. Soon we reached the top just in time to witness the sunset and the amazing view.
Edrix: Damn! Killer view.
Rory: picture time guys, gather around.
We took a lot of pics, some nice, some goofy, some group pics, some couple pics and some single pics and we even made some videos of the view. Afterwards we just sat there for a while and enjoyed the sunset. It was a little crowded but still perfect.
Mj: ok, we have one more stop to make and then we can go back to the hotel.
Iris: where to now?
Gorya: our day 1 won't be complete without exploring the Night Market. It's a most-visited.
Thyme: there r many things there but Ik u all would only want to visit the food stalls there.
Ci-n: food. Then what r we waiting for, let's go.
Drew: yeah I'm getting hungry again.
Aries: we just ate at the cafe a little while ago.
Eman: yeah well we burned all the calories with how much climbing we did.
Jay: I'm tired. I can't walk anymore.
Keifer: then let me carry u.
Felix: yeah, bridal style🤪
Aries: not gonna happen!
Keifer: ok then just climb on my back.
He said and crouched down in front of me.
Keifer: come on. There is no need to refuse. U'll just waste ur time. Now get on.
Jay: fine.
I said and then got on his back.
Aya: I also want that kind of treatment.
Zia: yeah me too.
Mateo: ok then hop on babe.
Choi: yeah get on.
Zia: u sure?
Choi: anything for u babe.
Little by little the other guys also carried there girls on there backs and then we made our way down the stairs. Then we got in our cars and drove to the night market.
After a while we reached there and started exploring it. There were so many shops and stalls there. But ofc section e being section e, we had our eyes only on the food stalls. We went to every single food stall we could find and order our food. After a while of wandering and ordering food, we settled down on a large table and started eating our food while talking about today, looking at our pics and laughing the night away.
By the time we were done and made our way back to our hotel, we were too tired and exhausted from our day out.
Thyme: This was just day 1 guys. Get ready for tomorrow ok.
Mj: we don't want to reveal all the places u all will be going just yet but we will be going to a rooftop bar tomorrow.
" Yesssss "
Jay: hey ci-n don't get so excited, u r too young, u r not allowed to drink.
Keifer: let him drink wifey.
Rakki: nope, ci-n's too young to drink.
Ci-n: u r not allowed to drink either jay. I don't want to get sacrificed to fire.
Mason: no no no, we r getting our party jay back tomorrow. It's no fun without it.
Zia: yeah, we need our party jay back.
Robin: u r getting ur drinking skills back tomorrow. We'll make sure of it.
Ren: ok now go rest up for tomorrow guys. Good night.
" Good night "
We made our way up to our rooms, changed and then collapsed on the bed.
Keifer: thank u for forgiving me wifey.
Jay: if I see that air hostess or anyone else flirting with u again, I'll break there nose and I won't forgive u ever again.
Keifer: I can't help it if other's find me handsome.
Jay: ok, so just go to them then.
Keifer: no, I only want u.
He said and then hugged me tightly.
Jay: ok now go to sleep. I'm too tired now.
Keifer: good night wifey.😴
He said and pecked my lips.💋
Jay: good night keifer.😴
I said and hugged him back. And we both slept cuddling each other.
