Chapter Seventy-Six
Aito was pulling strings and fighting hard to make the Aito vs Volk PPV and popular to the point the council had to agree and added Shindou to the card aswell.
Aito was walking when Volk approached him.
Volk: "Listen Aito. Your a great guy. And I thank you deeply for everything your doing for me. But I want you to know this. Don't pull your shots for me. I want a war. For my mother. I want my mother to watch me on the Television trying my hardest. So please don't take any knees."
Volk said extending his hand.
Volk: "Let's make a deal. We go to war from round 1-6. No holding back. We throw stamina and caution into the wind and we stand toe to toe and we just brawl."
Volk asked of Aito.
Aito: "Alright. I will."
Aito shakes Volks hand ensuring he cannot back out of this deal.
Later Aito was Sitting on the Roof when Yoten walks up to him for once it's not the other way around.
Yoten: "Hey."
Yoren leaned against a wall.
Aito: "Me and Volk made a deal."
Aito said making Yoten confused.
Yoten: "What type?"
Yoten asked.
Aito: "First all. The council only would let Volk have a 60/40 split. But they did allow it to be Pay Per View. And they added Shindou so no one will leave their seats during this event."
Aito said as Yoten nods
Yoten: "Shindou Fights Feitor right? After all this is the second time Shindou's opponent backed out the fight and they needed a replacement."
Yoten said stretching.
Aito: "Yeah. Anyway me and Volk made a deal. We're gonna go in from round one to six. And we're gonna slug it all out. No matter what happens we both agreed to not take a knee. There's no escaping knock outs we just take them and stand. That's our deal."
Aito said as Yoten looked extremely stunned.
Yoten: "What!? But you understand Volk has a deadly combination right?"
Yoten said shocked.
Aito: "No."
Aito said as Yoten groans.
Yoten: "its a left uppercut into a left hook it's extremely fast. And he cab freely switch it between uppercut and hook if he doesn't want to finish the punch."
Yoten said as Aito looks serious.
Aito: "Me and Volk respect each other deeply. Not like Maverick. Me and Maverick just were trying to kill each other. But me and Volk it's gonna be different. Sure we agreed to a war. But it's gonna be a Boxing war. Not a murder scene."
Aito said as he touched his broken right hand.
Yoten: "And your gonna fight with that?"
Yoten asked.
Aito: "No. I know a way to heal it fast."
Aito said as Yoten looked confused.
Yoten: "How?"
Yoten said not believing Aito.
Aito: "A family secret. So I better go see them. Bye Yoten."
Aito said fist bumping Yoten as he walked away.
Aito then was looking around for a portal.
Aito: "I can't get to Equinox without a portal... hmm..."
Aito thought for a moment on how to get to Equinox.
Aito: "I know how too."
Aito went to a secluded place.
Aito: "Vexara."
Aito whispered very low while giggling.
Vexara put her hand on Aito's back.
Vexara: "Good Job on your win Aito!"
Vexara said picking Aito up and throwing him into the Air.
Aito: "Easy easy. I broke my hand."
Aito said as Vexara gently caught him and put him on the Ground.
Vexara: "Who did it?"
Vexara said looking around angry.
Aito: "I did. Now let's go to Equinox I need to see someone."
Aito said as Vexara Reluctantly sighs wanting to talk more.
Vexara: "fine."
She opens a portal and they land in the town.
Vexara: "Let's go Shopping Aito!"
Vexara said about to take him places.
Aito: "Vexara. I need to go see someone at Equinox."
Aito said seriously as he waited for Vexara.
Vexara: "But it's just shopping!"
Vexara said to which Aito responded.
Aito: "Maybe after but first we need to go to Equinox."
Aito said as he started walking.
Vexara: "Fine."
Vexara mumbles Curses towards Nazaka as Aito and her start walking to the Equinox Castle.
