"What did you find?"
Both Ethan and Ophelia asked at the same time. They looked at Ayla with anxious expressions, waiting for her to explain what she had discovered.
Moments later, the dense light emanating from Ayla receded, and she slowly opened her eyes. She took a deep breath before looking at the two of them.
"The reason you aren't getting pregnant is that someone is putting anti-fertility medicine in your meals."
Ethan and Ophelia froze for a moment as they processed her words.
"Every time you mate, the conceived seed is destroyed by the medicine. And since it's at the preliminary stage, you don't have any reaction," Ayla explained.
Ethan's expression changed slightly when he heard this. Someone had been secretly putting such medicine in Ophelia's food, yet no one had noticed anything unusual. He couldn't help but feel that something was seriously wrong.
"Someone is putting such things in the food, and it's unidentified."
