Ethan raised his sword.The chaotic aura around his sword thickened, rippling like unstable heat.
"Chaos Sword Art, First Form."
Mark's hand clenched, and the scythe flew back into his grasp, spinning as it returned. He swung it in a wide arc, releasing a massive crescent of black and crimson energy that screamed as it tore through the air.
The crescent of abyssal energy collided with Ethan's blade and simply unraveled an uncanny attack.
The attack twisted, broke apart, and dissolved into nothing, as if its very structure had been erased.
Mark's pupils shrank.
Before he could react, Ethan vanished.
CRACK!
Ethan reappeared beside Mark and slammed his knee into Mark's side. The impact sent a brutal shock through Mark's body, lifting him off the ground and hurling him sideways into a shattered column.
BOOOOOOM!
Stone exploded outward. Mark crashed through it and rolled across the floor, leaving a trail of blood and broken debris.
