For the first few seconds after the EP went live, Luna did nothing.
The screen showed the page clearly. Her name. The cover. The five songs in order. The status had changed from scheduled to live, and Sharon had already started checking the first platform confirmations, but Luna kept looking at the same place.
The Door You Built was out.
Amanda sat on Luna's left with Dayo's phone still face down beside her laptop. Dayo sat on Luna's right, close enough that their knees nearly touched, but he did not reach for her. Alice stood behind Sharon, watching the release dashboard. Wayne stayed near the console, arms folded, quieter than usual.
Luna's hands were clasped in her lap.
She tried to loosen them when she noticed Dayo looking, but the movement only made the trembling more obvious.
Dayo leaned closer. "Luna."
She kept her eyes on the screen. "I'm fine."
"You're shaking."
"I know."
