There were six original Avengers members in the movie.
Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye.
Kevin finally saw all of them today.
As a long-time Marvel fan, it wouldn't be an exaggeration for Kevin to say he grew up watching their movies. Now that the real people were in front of him, it would be a lie to say Kevin wasn't excited at all.
But he thought it might not be good to just go up and ask for autographs, so he pretended to be calm and sat there, staring at the group of people.
Before Tony came out, the one staring at Kevin was Thor.
He looked at the Reality Stone in Kevin's hand and after a long time asked,
"Is that... the aether in your hand?"
"It's the Reality Stone now. I thought you wouldn't ask," Kevin said with a smile, stroking the Reality Stone in his hand.
Thor frowned, "You got it from the Collector? I remember we strictly ordered him not to give it to anyone..."
"Indeed, and he did exactly that. But there was a slight accident in the middle. Thanos acquired the power stone and was going to destroy Xandar. To save Xandar, I could only borrow the Reality Stone for a bit."
"But don't worry, I'll return it after you guys resolve the mess you've made."
"No, not me, it's Tony who made the mess. I'm just here to clean up after it."
As soon as Thor heard this, he completely ignored the Reality Stone in Kevin's hand and immediately sat up straight, eyes fixed on his nose, as if the matter truly had nothing to do with him.
Natasha, sitting next to him, said helplessly,
"You're abandoning yourself at a time like this?"
"That's just the truth."
While Thor and Natasha bickered, Nick Fury pushed Iron Man, Tony, out of the room and looked at Kevin.
"So, in that case, are you... from Xandar?"
"Hmm, I guess so. From a household registration perspective, I'm... an unofficial member of the Nova Corps? Anyway, that's not important."
Kevin's gaze locked onto Tony, who was sitting in a wheelchair, and he extended his hand to him.
"If I'm not mistaken, you must be Iron Man, Tony Stark. I'm Kevin, it's an honor to meet you."
Iron Man.
He used to be Kevin's idol.
Or rather, most guys who like the Marvel series would like Iron Man.
The phrase 'I am Iron Man' ushered in the Marvel era.
The phrase 'I am Iron Man' also ended an era for Marvel.
It can be said that Tony's significance to the entire Marvel series is extremely important.
Kevin really liked Iron Man and once fantasized about wearing his Mark series armor and soaring through the sky.
In the first "Iron Man" movie, the industrially crafted armor was simply fascinating, making any man desire a set.
Kevin, who liked Iron Man so much, should have had a lot to say when he met the real person.
Just like a fan meeting their idol.
But when he truly saw Tony sitting in the wheelchair in front of him, Kevin couldn't say anything.
Perhaps it was because this Tony was just the Tony from "what if", or perhaps Kevin had grown up and was long past the age of idolizing.
"Excuse me, Mr. Kevin, have we met before? Otherwise, why are you looking at me with such a strange gaze?"
Perhaps Kevin had been staring for a bit too long, and Tony couldn't take it anymore, so he asked.
Kevin raised an eyebrow, retracted his gaze, and smiled,
"The smartest man on Earth, of course I have to look a bit longer."
"And the biggest troublemaker on Earth."
Before Tony could speak, Nick Fury interjected, choking Tony, who was about to say something self-satisfied.
And that wasn't all; Nick's words even drew unanimous agreement from the Avengers present.
"Indeed, I agree with that."
Natasha was the first to nod.
Thor tilted his head, thought for a moment, and echoed,
"It seems that way."
"Not 'seems,' it is."
Hawkeye Barton quietly added, "Obadiah, Anton Vanko, Extremis... and now Ultron..."
He certainly remembered Tony's enemies clearly.
But thinking about it, most of the enemies seemed to be related to Tony.
Or rather, the origins of many things on Earth were because of Tony, and that also includes the future villain, Mysterio.
It's not wrong to call him the Earth's guardian, but it's also not wrong to say he's the biggest troublemaker on Earth.
Accused by so many people, Tony rolled his eyes.
"I say, did you call me here just to hold a 'Tony Trial'? Aren't we supposed to be discussing Ultron? At least this Mr. Kevin from another planet wants to discuss it, right?"
"I'm glad, ladies and gentlemen, that we can talk about something serious."
Nick, who had pushed Tony out, found a sofa to sit on and spread his hands, saying,
"Now, let's hear what good suggestions our alien friend has."
"Me?"
Kevin felt a bit amused.
This was a mess made by the Avengers; Kevin was, at most, a rescuer. What good suggestions could he have?
He sat down again and looked at everyone.
"I came to you because I don't have a good way to deal with Ultron... accurately speaking, I came to Mr. Stark, Ultron's creator. Otherwise, I would have run away by now."
"You know Ultron was created by me?"
"Of course, otherwise why would I look for you Avengers? And that's not the point. The point is that Ultron's goal has changed. He wants to find the Infinity Stones and then use their power to destroy this universe."
As Kevin spoke, Thor suddenly interrupted, "Wait, destroy the universe? Wasn't he going to destroy life on Earth?"
"That was before. Before, Ultron didn't know there was other life beyond this planet, but now I'm here, and he knows, so... you understand."
Actually, Ultron was a machine created to protect Earth, and Tony's reason for protecting Earth was because of the alien invasion of New York a few years ago.
Logically, Ultron should have known about aliens, but perhaps when Tony created it, he hadn't had time to input the relevant information, which is why Ultron was only fixated on eliminating humans.
"Oh, that's really bad news."
Thor murmured.
"Hold on, both of you." Tony raised his hand, making a pause gesture to them. "Before we discuss Ultron destroying the universe, can you first explain to me, what are the Infinity Stones?"
Kevin didn't speak, just looked at Thor.
Thor thought for a moment, organizing his words.
"I've mentioned it a few times before. The cosmic cube, Loki's scepter, including the aether that almost killed my girlfriend... Jane, they are all essentially Infinity Stones."
As Thor spoke, the Reality Stone in Kevin's hand emitted energy, creating one virtual image after another in front of everyone for them to understand.
Seeing this, Thor turned and gave Kevin a thumbs-up, then continued to explain.
"The cosmic cube contains the Space Stone, the scepter hides the mind stone, the aether is the Reality Stone... Besides these, there are also Power, Time, and Soul."
"Each stone possesses the power to easily destroy worlds, and if all six are gathered..."
Kevin promptly added,
"It will allow the user to change anything in this universe according to their will, for example, turning the entire universe into cake, bringing peace to the entire universe, or... eliminating all intelligent life in the entire universe."
"Now Ultron wants to do that, and the bad news is, he already has the mind stone."
After explaining all the stakes involved, the Avengers present all fell silent.
Things were worse than they had imagined.
Ultron's ambition was no longer limited to Earth; he had set his sights on the entire universe!
Tony was under the most pressure now.
Because he might not only become the culprit for the entire Earth but also for the entire universe.
"Guys, don't be so pessimistic. At least... Mr. Kevin defeated Ultron, didn't he?"
As everyone fell silent, Captain America, Steve Rogers, spoke up.
Only then did everyone turn their gaze to Kevin.
Indeed, Ultron seemed invincible, but there was someone here who had repelled him.
Regardless of Kevin's identity, whether he was good or bad, at least at this moment, their goals were consistent.
"That's also why I came to you," Kevin said. "Ultron ran away, and I can't find him. Before he can be sure to destroy universal life, he definitely won't come to see me, so I need your help to find him."
An unappearing Ultron was a ticking time bomb wandering the Marvel Universe.
There was no telling when this bomb would explode.
Kevin still wanted to peacefully level up his skills in this world, and he didn't want Ultron, this bomb, to explode.
So the best way was to find him and make him a dud.
Connecting Kevin's words with Thor's into a coherent understanding, Tony nodded in realization.
"I think I understand. I'll find a way to locate Ultron..."
"Not just finding Ultron," Kevin reminded. "It's best to also think of another way to subdue Ultron. He's an artificial intelligence, right? Don't you have any way to hack him?"
Kevin recalled the scene at the end of the "what if" series where Ultron's intelligence was devoured by Zola's intelligence.
Ultron was indeed very strong; Six-Stone Ultron was invincibly powerful.
But his consciousness was not so.
With only data streams and no soul or mind, the only ones who could deal with him were other artificial intelligences.
Whether it was Zola or Jarvis.
Even the artificial intelligences Friday or Edith would work.
As long as they could find a way to invade his system, they might be able to destroy him from within.
Kevin's suggestion was very feasible, and Banner suddenly remembered an artificial intelligence.
"Jarvis..."
Tony noticed Banner's gaze and sighed, "I'll fix him as soon as possible."
When Ultron was born earlier, he destroyed Jarvis's artificial intelligence. Now Jarvis's intelligent core was still in a broken state and needed some time to recover.
Originally, Jarvis had no time or opportunity to recover; Ultron had already reached the final step, spreading the light of nuclear bombs across Earth.
But Kevin intervened, and because Kevin was there, Ultron dared not act rashly and hid, disappearing without a trace.
This gave Jarvis time to recover.
The ending of the first season of "what if" was Zola corrupting Ultron.
If Jarvis could recover, then perhaps the ending would be Jarvis shattering Ultron's data core and becoming a new hero, Vision.
The Avengers now had a goal.
Kevin temporarily had nothing to do, so he thought for a moment and decided to go to Kamar Taj.
Nick Fury originally wanted to invite Kevin to be his guest, nominally a guest, but actually to monitor Kevin, this 'alien.'
But Kevin didn't want to be with a bald head.
Taking advantage of the others' distraction, Kevin quietly left Stark Tower to find Kamar Taj.
Having fought Thanos and then Ultron, Kevin finally had a chance to rest and decided to plan his second profession first.
One of the conditions for The Deep Fighter to become Ocean Lord was to master a second profession.
And so far, Kevin had no clue about mastering a second profession.
So he decided to try his luck at Kamar Taj.
After all, among the remaining two professions, one was called Ocean Mage.
Since they were both mages, learning magic at Kamar Taj seemed to be no problem.
