Tenra blinked in surprise at the sight of Koneko waiting quietly outside his room, her posture uncertain, almost hesitant.
"Tenra-senpai… I'm sorry for causing you trouble before."
She bowed, her voice low and earnest—a rare display of vulnerability from the usually stoic nekomata.
Tenra couldn't help but smile. He reached out, tapping her gently on the forehead.

It was shameless to ask at a moment like this—but not asking would be even more foolish.

Koneko buried her face in his chest, clutching him tightly. Her heart already lost, there was nothing left but to surrender.
Tenra's lips curled in satisfaction. Finally, the nekomata girl was his.

She couldn't deny it. In some ways, she was complicit too.
But when she remembered Koneko's tearful face, Tenra's anger at seeing her hurt… Rias shook her head.
Maybe, just maybe, this was the perfect ending.
The next morning, sunlight crept through the curtains.
Tenra yawned, blinking awake to find Koneko curled against his chest, bare as a kitten and clinging to him in sleep.
Last night's memories flooded back—he couldn't help but smile.
Koneko was still young, and for a nekomata, losing her virginity too soon could be harmful. So Tenra had restrained himself, keeping things innocent.

"Hmph. If it's her choice, I won't interfere. Go ahead and gloat—only someone as pure as Koneko would fall for you!"
Rias pouted, cheeks pink.
"Oh? You say that like Koneko-chan's a fool. Some people were just the same, you know."
Tenra's teasing made Rias blush even deeper.
She had been just as easily captured.
She'd once dreamed of beating Tenra in a Rating Game, breaking their engagement. Now, before the duel even began, she'd already surrendered—Koneko had held out longer than she had.
Not wanting to dwell on her own embarrassing past, Rias changed the subject.
"Koneko, what do you want to do about Kuroka?"
Kuroka was locked away in Tenra's Sacred Devil Temple. As the culprit, she deserved punishment—but as Koneko's sister, Rias wanted her feelings considered.
"I… I don't know. My sister… she…"
Akeno and the other girls comforted her as pain flickered across Koneko's face. She shook her head, lost.
Tenra sighed, stroking her forehead.
"Koneko-chan, your sister may be a troublemaker, but she loves you. I promise you that."
"If she loves me, why did she abandon me?"
The words hit a raw nerve. Koneko's voice trembled with hurt.
"That's something only you can answer. But I'll tell you this—"
He looked into her eyes.
"Don't let yourself suffer anymore. Whatever you decide, we'll support you."
"Tenra's right, Koneko. Be brave and face it!"
"Koneko-chan, we're behind you!"
Surrounded by warmth and encouragement, Koneko felt her pain begin to fade. Fear melted away, replaced by something new—strength.
"Tenra-senpai, Rias-buchou… everyone…"
She looked at each of them, confusion gone from her eyes. In its place: unwavering resolve.
"I know what I need to do. Tenra-senpai, I want to see my sister!"
