The nun Xenovia called Griselda possessed striking blue eyes and a beauty that could stop hearts. She looked barely older than twenty, her features gentle, her presence radiant with holiness and warmth.
"I'm Griselda, the administrator here. Welcome, all of you."
She nodded gracefully, her smile serene.
Even with her body concealed by the modest folds of her habit, Tenra's practiced eye couldn't help but notice: beneath those robes, Griselda was likely every bit as breathtaking as her face suggested.
"Gr-Griselda, why are you here?!"
Before anyone else could speak, Xenovia blurted out, shock written all over her face.
"What's wrong, Xenovia? Not happy to see me?"
Griselda stepped forward, her smile taking on a teasing edge.
"No, it's not that, I… I…"
Xenovia had faced down fearsome enemies without flinching, but now she was visibly rattled, stumbling backward, panic in her eyes.
"When I heard you'd been sent here on assignment, and then learned you'd left the Church… Do you know I nearly fainted? I thought something terrible had happened."
"You grew up listening to the Lord's teachings, and yet you became a reincarnated devil. Do you know how much that hurt me? You've always been like this—never listening, always doing as you please, and now look where it's led you."
"But what I absolutely cannot forgive—why did you never contact me?!"

The gentle, saintly nun had vanished. In her place stood a terrifying force of nature, face dark with outrage, hands pinching Xenovia's cheeks and tugging mercilessly.
"Shorry, Griselda, I wash wrong, I wash wrong!"

Her words came out muffled and pathetic, making Tenra and Irina crack up—though Asia, ever the kind soul, rushed to her defense.
"Um, Sister Griselda, please forgive Xenovia-san!"
"I know I might not have much say, being exiled and turned into a devil myself, but Xenovia is truly a good person. She's our most important friend and companion—I can't even count how many times she's helped me."
"So please, I beg you, forgive her!"
Asia bowed deeply, her plea so sincere it nearly brought Xenovia to tears.
Asia really is the best. Irina, you traitor, laughing at me! We're so done!
"You're Asia Argento, the Holy Maiden who bears the Sacred Gear, Twilight Healing, aren't you?"
Griselda released Xenovia, helping Asia to her feet, her expression soft and gentle once more.
"Yes, I'm Asia Argento… though I'm no longer a Holy Maiden."
Pain flickered across Asia's face as memories of her exile surfaced, her head drooping.
"I've heard what happened to you. I'm truly sorry for how the Church treated you."
"Lift your head, Asia. If anyone should apologize for losing composure, it's me."
Griselda touched Asia's forehead gently, as if bestowing a blessing.
"R-really?"
"Thank you, Sister Griselda."
Asia looked up, her smile radiant—not for herself, but because Griselda had finally forgiven Xenovia.
"Sister Griselda, it's been ages!"
Irina hugged Griselda's arm, finally seizing her moment.
"I worried about you too, Irina."
"Hehe… If you forgave Xenovia, you'll forgive me too, right?"
"You…"
Griselda shook her head, exasperated but fond. Unlike Xenovia's stubborn earnestness, Irina's quick wit meant she rarely got the worst of any situation—Griselda had always been less worried about her.
"Ahem… Are you all just going to ignore me, or will someone introduce this Sister properly?"
Tenra cleared his throat, feeling a bit awkward after standing by for so long.
Xenovia and Irina were clearly close to Griselda, and even Asia seemed familiar. Tenra, on the other hand, knew only her name—he was completely in the dark.
Griselda and the girls exchanged a look, then burst out laughing at Tenra's frustration.
"Tenra-san, Sister Griselda is a very famous believer in the Church. When we were there, everyone knew her name."
"Not just that—she's a powerful exorcist, one of the top five in the whole Church!"
"Xenovia and Sister Griselda came from the same facility. She's like an older sister to Xenovia. When Xenovia and I teamed up, Sister Griselda always looked out for us."
Between Asia and Irina's explanations, Tenra finally pieced things together.
In short, Griselda was an exceptional woman—Xenovia's mentor, almost a big sister. No wonder she could reduce Xenovia to a sulking mess.
"My apologies for not recognizing you. It's an honor to meet someone of your caliber."
Tenra offered his respect, not just for her connection to the girls but for her own formidable reputation.
"Hehehe… Compared to the famous Sekiryuutei, I'm nothing special."
After a round of polite exchanges, Griselda invited everyone to sit.
"Sister Griselda, did you become someone's Brave Saint?"
Irina's eyes caught the red Q mark on Griselda's hand—her curiosity piqued.

The Q on Griselda's hand marked her as a Queen, the strongest rank among the Saints.
"You noticed. I'm Gabriel's Queen—one of the Four Great Seraphs. Gabriel governs the Hearts suit, so I was granted the Queen of Hearts."
"Ahh… What an incredible honor."
Griselda pressed her hands to her chest, her expression that of a fervent devotee.
"It truly is the highest honor, to serve as Queen to such a lord."
"Congratulations, Griselda."
Irina nodded, and Xenovia echoed her.
The Four Great Seraphs—Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel—stood at the pinnacle of Heaven, second only to God. Each possessed twelve wings and had existed since the dawn of time.
Griselda's master, Gabriel, was the only female among them, and reputedly the most beautiful being in Heaven.
Tenra, naturally, found himself intrigued. He hadn't met Gabriel yet, but he hoped someday to see whether her legendary beauty lived up to the stories.
