"Ohhh—now this is headline news!"
Host Naud Crocell's exclamation echoed the shock rippling through the entire arena.
"Lord Lucifer, isn't Lord Tenra already Princess Rias's fiancé?!"
"So what?"
Sirzechs met the host's disbelief with a cool retort.
"But Princess Rias is the future head of the Gremory family, and Princess Sona is heir to the Sitri family. Is this really allowed?"
It wasn't just the host asking—everyone in the audience was thinking the same thing.
Sure, in the Underworld, power and status meant you could have as many women as you pleased. But Rias and Sona were different. They weren't just the Maou's sisters; they were the next leaders of two of the most powerful houses in the Underworld. Marrying even one would be a once-in-a-lifetime achievement—both? Unthinkable.
Yet Sirzechs just smiled and replied,
"Naud-kun, if you were as exceptional as Tenra-kun, you'd be allowed too."
Laughter erupted across the arena. Naud nearly choked, spluttering in disbelief.
If I had even half that monster's talent, would I be stuck here holding a mic for you people? He grumbled inwardly. Damn it!
But years of hosting had given Naud a skin thicker than steel. He recovered instantly, shifting gears,
"Let's hear from the two Dukes and two Ladies. Duke Phoenix, Lady Phoenix, Duke Sitri, Lady Sitri—do you all approve of this marriage between Lord Tenra and Lady Sona?"
The light screen flickered, revealing the VIP box. All eyes turned to the two noble families.
"Why wouldn't I approve? My Phoenix bloodline deserves more than one wife," Duke Phoenix declared, his face as stern as ever.
"That Tenra kid's not bad. If he can actually win today, I'll allow it," Duke Sitri added, a sly grin tugging at his lips.
"Little Sona, do your best! Don't let Venelana's daughter outshine you!" Lady Sitri called out, waving from her seat.
"Tenra, make it a clean victory and bring home both princesses!" Lady Phoenix chimed in, ignoring the host entirely.
Whether from the Dukes or the Ladies, their answers made one thing clear: both families had given their blessing. If Tenra won, the engagement with Sona was his.
The crowd's reaction was instant and overwhelming.
"Damn that Tenra Kamiyo!"
"Having Princess Rias isn't enough—now he's after Princess Sona too?!"
"Curse you, you shameless emperor! Lose! Lose!!"
A chorus of jealous curses rang out, almost entirely from the male devils in the audience.
Meanwhile—
"Mother, Onii-chan's getting another fiancée," Kunou murmured, cheeks flushed as she watched the live broadcast with her mother. Ruffy, Ophis, Renare, and the others crowded around the screen.
Princess Yasaka just smiled and stroked her daughter's hair, saying nothing. She was never bothered by her husband's other women—so long as she still held a place in his heart, that was enough. Besides, she knew all too well she alone could never satisfy him.
Thinking of the madness of the past few nights, Yasaka's cheeks grew even redder.
At the Belphegor estate—
Roygun lounged on a velvet sofa, her peerage gathered around. She watched the broadcast and licked her lips with greedy anticipation.
"Little devil. Barely finished with us sisters and already chasing new prey. Next time I'll make sure you're utterly spent," she purred, caressing her Queen's cheek and eyeing Tenra on the screen with a hungry smile.
Back in the arena—
"Rias, was all this your doing?" Tenra asked, his expression a mix of awe and confusion.
Now he understood—this was the real surprise Rias had prepared for him.
"Hmph. You're getting off easy," Rias sniffed, her cheeks tinged with pink.
She'd gone to her brother, then personally approached Duke and Lady Phoenix, arranging for them to visit the Sitri family and discuss Tenra and Sona's engagement. And she'd done it all behind Tenra's back, careful not to let him catch on.
She was his fiancée, yet she'd orchestrated everything for another girl. Rias couldn't help but feel a little foolish.
But Tenra was anything but unmoved.
To have a wife like this—what more could a man want?
If they were home, Tenra would've already swept Rias into his arms and shown her exactly how grateful he was. But not here, in front of thousands. He'd just have to remember and make it up to her later.
"Sona, you agreed too?" Tenra turned to the Student Council President.
He'd tried for ages to get Sona to come clean about their relationship, so they wouldn't have to sneak around anymore. But whether out of pride or shy reserve, Sona had always refused.
He'd never imagined she and Rias would conspire to give him a surprise like this.
"I agreed," Sona replied coolly, adjusting her glasses. "If you don't want to be engaged to me, you can always throw the match."
Tenra knew her too well to be fooled—she was putting on a show of indifference, but he could see the blush threatening to break through.
"Are you kidding, Sona? Do I look like an idiot?"
He clenched his fist, grinning.
"Get ready, Rias, Sona—today I'm going to defeat you both and make you all my wives!"
The moment he heard "win and marry Sona," Tenra's fighting spirit blazed. Rias huffed in mock annoyance, jealousy flickering in her eyes, just as he'd expected. But unlike Rias, Sona's lips curled into a beautiful, secret smile.
