Hunter looked back at her with slight disbelief. "That's all?"
Lana smiled faintly. "There are a few more things."
She continued, "If I ever want to purchase land in this city, I should be given priority."
Her voice remained steady. "I want the right to acquire plots of my choice five times each year."
Hunter listened carefully.
"And in terms of priority," Lana added, "my purchasing rights should be second only to yours."
Hunter silently watched her, waiting for the real demand to appear.
But Lana calmly continued.
"I also plan to establish an entertainment company here."
Her gaze hardened slightly. "I do not want political interference in my company."
Her voice became colder.
"No actresses being forced into compromises. No officials abusing their authority."
She leaned forward slightly.
"If in the future I obtain solid evidence that certain officials are corrupt… I want your guarantee that they will face punishment."
Hunter narrowed his eyes.
