The moment those words fell, Conrad froze immediately.
Because annoyingly enough… Lucian was absolutely correct.
After several seconds of silence, Conrad finally clenched his fists tightly before lowering them unwillingly.
Then he coldly stared toward Lucian. "You're very smart."
His voice carried obvious hostility. "You already knew about Lana's identity long ago."
His eyes narrowed dangerously. "And because of that, you deliberately approached her."
Conrad's breathing gradually became heavier. "I'll give you half of the Peterson Empire if necessary."
His tone sounded serious. "So stay away from my sister."
At this point, Conrad genuinely felt like he was approaching emotional collapse.
