Lana remained silent. Her expression clearly urged Thessy to continue.
Thessy crossed her legs elegantly. "I want certain things."
A smile slowly spread across her face. "In return, I'll ensure your safety."
Lana raised an eyebrow. "What things?"
Thessy smiled. The smile made her resemble a venomous snake hidden within the darkness.
"I want Lucian."
Lana nearly choked. For a moment, she genuinely wondered whether she had heard incorrectly.
Thessy continued without embarrassment. "I like the way he treats me."
