My eyes opened slowly I was in a comfortable position, but it wasn't the bed. It was Axel's body. His chest was warm, and he was gently patting my hair.
. "Axelll...did you slept last night."I murmed
He raised me a little, his cold green eyes lowering to meet mine.
"Let go"
We drove back home in silence. The clock on the dashboard blinked 7 a.m
Axel home::
Axel sat down immediately, tapping on his laptop. A video feed appeared, showing Zane's apartment when he arrived home last night. The tracking device I placed was still working.
Xena climb to the stairs in anger
"Why don't we just get married so quick. . Calliah !!!!!" She screamed and throw her phone down the stairs her eyes filled with hatred.
" Let get married Zane. Let get married" she held his hand "I'm tired of her I'm her"she yelled breaking down in the stairs.
Zane stare at her. He wiped off the tears "it's okay Xena. We would get married soon but first we have to deal with her company" he smirk darkly
The sound recorder ended.
Axel turned his dull green eyes toward her.
. " Who is Xena to you?" He raised an eyebrow
"She was my maid in charge of me and my friend also" she said
. "And now your maid is now your ex fiance, fiance? "His tone was sharp, mocking, but calm.
. "I don't know how.." she stared at the floor
He leaned back in his chair. "You trust too easily, Calliah. You shouldn't trust anyone."
. " Including you?" She asked meeting his eyes.
For a long moment, he didn't answer. The room went silent.
Then, finally "Yes. Including me," he said coldly. "One day, I might change too."
. "Ring ring ring" calliah phone rang violently
"Hello"

"I'm coming at noon" she ended the call "one of my maid call me"
"For what?" He asked
"Information Bout Xena and Zane"

They arrive at the bar which were their meeting place. Axel and calliah sat together at the bar with a glass of water facing them
They waited before she arrives
"Hi" Calliah said while Rue sat the empty chair
She stare at Axel nervously.
"Don't worry he is with me you can trust me"calliah said
Axel just sat still, his green eyes dull and unreadable.
" You said you want to tell me something"calliah asked .
" Oh" rue Smiled faintly " it Xena and Zane. They drugged you on your last year birthday and made you sign a contract to give your company under his name without any one knowing "

Rue pov:
I was serving drink to the guest who arrived then I saw calliah and Zane quarreling at the guest room. Xena my co maid who held some drinks on her hand and were staring at them. I didn't figure why they were quarreling because the music were loud and calliah was almost crying
I decide to follow her to comfort her as we do when she is sad but she entered the elevator instead of the stairs..so I decide to used the stairs.
. I stare back at Xena but she wasn't there anymore. I dash then to the stairs which I knew it will take more time than the elevator
Reaching there I saw Xena already there and with her Zane . She dipped her hand into the cloth pocket and add th drug
. I was shock maybe she took the other elevator or climb the other stairs I don't know how she got up first
They stare at the two corner to check if anyone was there but I quickly hid. Guest were not allowed up same as any maid because of the celebration
So I know I will be in a trouble when someone caught me or other maid report
But Xena was allowed because she was calliah personal maid same as me I was the assistant
. "Don't worry" Zane said to Xena
"I'm not worried i just don't want any maid to caught us together or calliah so I will be heading down stairs." She said and took the other stairs.
I came out of my hiding spot as Zane dash into the room without closing the door properly
I knocked the door saying I forget my bracelet on her room when I was dressing her which I really did then I set my phone camera and put it in a way that would catch him
. "Thank you calliah" I bow and walked out
I stood behind the door eavesdropping but couldn't hear anything because the door was sounds proof.
Then return back to the party. Xena staring at me coming up but I ignore her eyes
Few min Zane came out while calliah remain in her room
That evening after the party was over I came to the room saw calliah sleeping heavily, I collected my phone and dash upstairs
Xena was serving guest drinks and Zane sat comfortable chatting with her phone because calliah mother hate him
Then walked to my room and played the video.
. "Calliah I'm sorry" Zane apologize touching her back gently.
She ignored him a while and finally speak
"Why you rushing to always get married to me every time. I told you my mom need to accept you and now you are saying I should do a secret wedding without my mother.." she sniff "why would you say that Zane why"

" And why are always saying you want me to have sex with you"she asked.
" I'm sorry for everything I utter from there. I want us to rush then our child will be the heir of the company I'm building "he spoke " I promise not to mention anything bout that again "he apologize

She quickly gulped down the drink "I'm not mad at you anymore Zane" she said
The video blurred again then another sound came out

Then she sign the paper and he left her in the room

Xena and I were never in good terms so I could black mail her with this

"Because I was afraid, I will loose my job. I knew you would tell your dad and he will sacked all the maid who has no part in it"

" That your excuse?" Axel finally spoke after being quiet through out the whole conversation. his voice cut through the air like a blade.
Rue was quiet"Y-yes"
He stood up cross his arms and pace round her
"Axel what are you doing" calliah said
He continues pacing around then stopped and hit the table loud. His broad shoulders was bent as he stare at her
"So just because of the job you were trying to protect??" He asked again to be sure of what she said.
She trembled
" Axel sit "Calliah pleaded
He didn't listen. He paced slowly around her like a predator. Then suddenly slammed his hand on the table, making Rue flinch.
What is he doing? I haven't seen him be this energetic since I knew him and scaring rue off will be bad she was her only ally

Axel sat down then raised his shoulder again.
Rue tried to stare at anywhere she couldn't stare at him in his eyes.
Maybe because of axel handsome face that make her shy or nervous or because of what he is doing
"I also didn't want Xena to say my secret out because of what I did with the driver"
"So you blackmail her??" Axel asked one eyebrow raise.
"No I didn't"
"Then???. You were never going to tell her and also you are not here to tell her. You're here to get something from her right????" He asked
Rue stared at the floor
"Rue don't tell me that true"
"It not" she answered "I don't know what I'm saying. I'm lying because I'm pressure to by him?"
"By me " Axel scoffed "Zane sent you here?" Axel's voice was calm but sharp. "You've been recording since you came, haven't you?"

A few min before::
{Before rue arrived axell was outside smoking and saw her making call to Zane and also When rue gave them the phone he observe her every move and sense some lies in what she saying and when watching he didn't focus on the video but the red point at the top of the video}
"Zane did??" Calliah repeated
She kept quiet
"No he didn't I promise calliah I will never lied to you" she said
"Ahhhh I can't believe you Rue. Xena now you. You guys really hated me to this point" she asked

"Answer me rue!!" She yelled.
Axel held her hand beneath taping it slowly for her not reveal her emotion out
Calliah breath loud to control her self then axel remove his hand from hers

then suddenly Rue phone rang louder and the caller was Zane
"Answer it and speak normal" calliah instructed
She did as she was told obviously afraid of axel more
"Hello "
"Are you done. "
"Yes and she believes"
"Good Go to the bank and collect money to treat your sick mom"

" Who came with her"
" Nobody "
" Send me the vn of everything that happens and now"he ended the call
" Im sorry..I just wanted to treat my mom "she said
"I have a plan for you"calliah murmed and walked out with axel going back to Axel mode.
In the car:
They were quiet
"How did you know bout all this"
He ignored her as usual
"I have never seen you in this genetic mood since I knew you"
He jumped all the questions and spoke "why didn't you have sex with Zane ??"
"I wanted to do it after my marriage in my wedding night which I did already" she spoke
"How many years you both dated".
"Since I went abroad to study. And that 4 years . We met when I was late to school because my house where far from school and my driver...."
"I asked only for the years" he interrupted codly.
She huffed quietly
" We're dropping at the hospital to buy some drugs for your cold"
"I'm okay" she said
"If you plan to take revenge you need to be fit . You need to have a strong heart and also a strong body"

"Our next plan I don't want you to fall sick again or get hurt" He said

He parked his car at the hospital and came down same with calliah
She stare at the hospital that where her dad had been admitted and she swore never to visit it until her dad was fit and until she got the company back to her father but now she is here to get prescribed
This hospital was a memory
"Are you okay.??" He asked.
