Both Clint and Widow were elite secret agents, masters of espionage and combat alike.Clint, however, was far more renowned for his battlefield prowess. Now, everyone watching was on edge, their concern growing as Widow herself pursued Patton. He was still armed, still dangerous. Would she get hurt in this clash? After all, Clint was fighting on Loki's side now, his mind shackled by the scepter's control.
At that very moment, a new surge of names appeared on the Network's ranking list.A handful of fresh contenders had skyrocketed in activity levels, their numbers reaching into the millions.
Previously, only a few had broken a hundred or two hundred thousand. But now, this sudden spike was staggering. One name had even soared past two million, a figure rivaling Elenora and Noël, the two prodigies who had once carved their names into history.
The entire Administration stirred with a mix of excitement and unease. Today was truly a day of extraordinary awakenings. Some officials speculated about the memories this surge of power would reveal. Would these glimpses belong to the same fabled era as the Immortal Warrior? If so, this might be their chance to finally uncover long-lost truths about the legendary Earth Age.
The vision of Tanner's past life flickered wildly across the screen, becoming clearer by the second.
[ Inside the lab, Tony and Rogers worked intently on repairing the steam turbine. Thor charged down the hallway and burst into the glass cell where Loki was held captive. But when Thor arrived, he saw Loki already standing by the hatch. ]
[ "No!" Thor roared. He lunged at Loki, only for his brother to vanish at the last moment. Thor stumbled straight through the illusion and crashed into the reinforced glass walls. ]
[ Loki reappeared at the console, his smirk sharp as a dagger, and sealed the hatch, trapping Thor inside. ]
Viewers gasped in shock as they watched the scene unfold live. Cries erupted in the chat:
"Unbelievable! Loki just walked out like it was nothing!"
"Damn Loki, he's manipulating everyone, sowing chaos so they can't unite!"
"This is insane! Absolutely maddening!"
"Thor, use your head! He's your brother, don't you know his tricks by now?"
"Now Thor's locked up. They're already one fighter down!"
"Loki's a god, but he's pure garbage. Always scheming!"
"Thor's being toyed with, over and over. It's painful to watch!"
[ Loki stood outside the glass cell, hands clasped behind his back, smirking with cold amusement. The guards passing by didn't notice him at all, proof of his mastery of illusions. ]
[ "Are you planning to stay trapped forever?" Loki teased. ]
[ Thor roared in frustration, slamming Mjolnir against the glass, but the cell only cracked rather than shattered. ]
[ Loki raised a brow, then chuckled. Humans think immortality is real. Shall we test it?" ]
[ With a sinister grin, Loki danced his fingers across the console's controls. Coulson suddenly appeared at his flank, wielding a sleek new prototype weapon. Loki turned, amusement flickering in his eyes. ]
[ Coulson leveled the weapon at him. "Like it? After you sent the Destroyer," Coulson said coolly, advancing step by step, "we started working on this little beauty. Don't know what it does yet. Want to find out?" ]
[ Energy surged in the weapon's chamber as Coulson prepared to fire. ]
"That's my guy! Coulson for the win!"
"Planet-saver vibes right there!"
"Run, Coulson! Loki isn't just some street thug!"
"Man, Coulson's the coolest agent. Always calm, always hilarious!"
"Yeah, especially when he's with Tony. Dude's got great timing!"
"NO! Damn it, Loki, what have you done?!"
[ Just as Coulson aimed, pain flashed across his face; he staggered forward. Behind him, Loki materialized like a phantom, his scepter's blade piercing straight through Coulson's back. ]
[ "No!" Thor roared, his fists slamming the reinforced glass. ]
[ The blade protruded from Coulson's chest, gleaming cruelly under the lab lights. Blood-soaked, Coulson collapsed against the wall. ]
[ Loki calmly approached the console, his scepter dripping red. He flipped a switch, and a deafening rush of air filled the chamber. The glass cell's bottom hatch opened, and gravity claimed Thor. With a smirk, Loki pressed another button. The cell plummeted. ]
From tens of thousands of meters up, the reinforced cell became a deadly missile, a coffin hurling toward the earth.
"No! Coulson, hang on!"
"Loki, you monster!"
"Thor's going to die too! This is madness!"
"Why didn't Coulson fire sooner?! Damn it!"
"If someone kills Loki, I'll give them my entire salary for the year!"
"Drop me a location, I'm sending a blade express delivery!"
[ The cell hurtled downwards, gaining speed. Thor was tossed like a rag doll, rolling helplessly inside. At the last moment, he steadied himself, kicked off the wall, and hurled Mjolnir upward. The hammer smashed through the glass, carrying Thor with it as the cell slammed into the ground, carving a crater. ]
"YES! Thor's alive!"
"I knew he wouldn't die!"
"But Coulson… damn, this hurts."
"Thor's hammer is insane, speed, lightning, power… nothing compares."
"Yeah, and only Thor can wield it. Divine craftsmanship!"
The Administration's expert team exhaled in relief, though their hands trembled as they calculated the forces Thor had just defied. By all logic, the god of thunder should've been pulverized. Yet here he stood.
The scene shifted again:
[ Coulson, slumped and bleeding, raised his head. ]
[ "You'll lose," he rasped. ]
[ "Really?" Loki sneered, genuinely surprised. ]
[ "It's in your nature," Coulson coughed. ]
[ "Your heroes are scattered, your flying fortress is falling… where's my weakness?" Loki growled. ]
[ "Faith," Coulson whispered, blood streaking his lips. "You lack faith." ]
[ Loki's smirk faltered for the briefest second. But before he could respond, Coulson's weapon ignited, blasting him across the room. The explosion tore a hole through the wall. ]
[ "So… that's how it works," Coulson murmured with a faint smile. ]
Tears streamed down viewers' faces as chat flooded with grief:
"NO! Coulson, please don't go!"
"Death taught him how to use it… That's so cruel."
"Loki deserved that hit, though. Good riddance!"
"War always takes lives. He's just the first casualty."
"Not the last… never the last."
Coulson's sacrifice struck everyone deeply. Every S.H.I.E.L.D. agent had a purpose, and now one of their best was gone. The Federation hadn't seen a true war in decades, yet here was a brutal reminder: peace was fragile.
In the Administration's command center, silence reigned. Even the Chief's usual stoicism cracked as he watched Coulson's body slump.
"If invaders have truly infiltrated Terra," he muttered softly, "how many more will die? Will we see more heroes like him? Or more… belief shattered?"
The weight of crisis hung heavy over the room. The feed flickered again, switching to a vicious melee: Natasha Vs Clint.
[ Clint moved with deadly precision, wielding his bow like a blade, while Natasha fought barehanded. They were evenly matched, every strike countered, every movement sharp and lethal.]
[ In a flash, Clit drew a dagger, aiming for her eyes. ]
[ Natasha blocked his arm, twisting painfully against his momentum. ]
[ Clint snarled, yanking her hair back, but Natasha used the motion to flip him, slamming him into the ground. A brutal kick left Clint staggering. Dazed, he looked at her. "Natasha?" ]
[ Without hesitation, Natasha delivered a knockout punch. ]
"Hair-pulling now, Barton? Really?"
"That takedown was flawless!"
"Jiu Jitsu masterclass right there. Respect!"
"Clint's good, but Natasha's better. Hands down."
"Men vs. women doesn't matter, skill wins, and Widow's got it!"
"Poor Patton, though. Not his fault, he's mind-controlled."
"At least the fight's under control now."
