"However, such a prototype Divine Realm really is rare. You could think of it as a person simultaneously having both the angelic and demonic sides."
"This isn't something simple like treating enemies harshly while treating allies kindly."
"It's the true traits of angels and demons, almost like a dual personality."
"Little one, where did you find this thing?"
"Although this thing is still a prototype for now, once it grows, it will undoubtedly become a strange Divine Realm that fuses Heaven and Hell together."
"I'd quite like to see that scene. You know, the current Heaven is actually the Divine Realm of the God of the Bible."
"This is my Divine Realm, though I don't yet know if it deserves to be called that."
As Zeroy spoke, her gaze fell upon the empty buildings of the small town.
She would shape this place into her Divine Realm, in every sense of the word.
In name, it would be a Divine Realm, yet also in people's hearts, they would truly feel it was a Divine Realm—a utopia where one could live in peace, without worrying about anything, without any ugliness or injustice appearing.
For now, it was still only a prototype. To reach that stage, the road ahead was long.
The town's houses were built, yet not at a livable level.
There were places to live, but no accompanying rules.
For example, an AI that could monitor everyone, or directly restricting people from doing evil at the level of law.
Only with absolute order could a complete utopia be forged.
As for whether people would call it a dystopia or something else, Zeroy didn't care.
She was only restricting people from committing crimes; in all other matters, there would be no restrictions. And her understanding of crime was the same as the public's understanding of crime.
To be more specific, it was based on humanity's understanding of good and evil in the laws established during the 21st century.
Of course, those laws weren't perfect—very few things are—yet the main tone was correct, and could be revised and improved continuously.
If someone still opposed her on this, then she could only say—
I never expected you people to understand order!
After all, the meaning being expressed here was: not allowing crime is unreasonable, is anti-human.
What more is there to say? That's already invincible.
"Your Divine Realm? Yet…though you're very strong, you're still not qualified for a Divine Realm, right? Is it due to some encounter outside the world?"
"Yes."
If not for Patchouli's knowledge, if not for the special nature of those Super Danger Beasts in the Akame ga Kill world, if not for the Breath of Origin and the small divine idol granted by the Main God Space—
Without any one of those three, Zeroy would not have been able to create this thing.
"Tsk tsk tsk, the myriad worlds really are splendid."
Afterwards, Zeroy shared with Ddraig the growth model of the Little Hell, and Ddraig, based on his experience, actually did give some helpful suggestions.
For example, more efficient ways of extracting soul power.
And based on that method, Zeroy had already conceived of a facility similar to a soul power plant.
Then Ddraig also mentioned a method of making use of the corpses of enemies.
That is, after the enemy dies, the soul could be thrown into the power plant, and even the corpse could be thrown in for power generation.
"Of course, I'm just saying. If you're uncomfortable with it, just pretend you didn't hear it."
Only those ancient, brutal, savage old devils of bygone eras would actually carry out such things.
Squeezing every last drop of value out of the enemy by any means necessary.
"I think it's pretty good, nothing uncomfortable about it."
Zeroy did not reject such an act. There was no disgust or reluctance on her face, only the eager joy of wanting to try.
When it came to pests, no matter how cruel it was, it didn't matter—in fact, cruelty was necessary.
If she didn't extract value from the enemy, what? Should she squeeze it from her own people?
What's this about making your own people suffer a bit to make the enemy more comfortable?
…
Zeroy and Ddraig's conversation was not long.
Mainly because Divine Realms were not his area of expertise.
If not for the knowledge accumulated over long ages, their conversation might not have even been possible to begin with.
After finishing with Ddraig, Zeroy left the Little Hell, checked on Kuroka's teaching of Shirone, then returned to her meditation.
Yet the meditation didn't last long before Zeroy sensed a familiar surge of magic.
Opening her eyes, she saw a magic circle appear in the living room, and then Patchouli stepped out from it.
Still the same elegant, mysterious, intellectual witch.
"Did it go smoothly?"
Patchouli's quick return surprised Zeroy somewhat, yet it seemed she hadn't encountered much trouble.
"Fairly smoothly. I've already acquired the Longinus indicated by divination."
"That's good."
Hearing that the goal was achieved, Zeroy let out a breath of relief, yet had no intention of discussing the Longinus.
After all, Longinuses weren't too hard to obtain, as long as you found a suitable target to take it from.
Her worry was that Patchouli's divination might have been someone else's trap.
Patchouli also noticed Zeroy's attitude, so she curved her lips.
"It's a Longinus."
"Hm?"
"And not just one—two of them."
"Eh?!!"
This time, Patchouli had obtained two Longinus.
They were called [Azure Box of Revolution] and [Ultimate Karmic Wheel].
The former, [Azure Box of Revolution], could create an ideal world in another dimension according to the wielder's heart, even capable of creating living beings within it—but those beings could only exist within the created world.
It was a Longinus that could simulate world creation.
The Azure Box of Revolution differed from the Longinus "Dimension Lost," another barrier-type Longinus, in that it could even create the living beings within the world. It was a Heaven-and-Earth creation type Longinus; even mimicking the opening of heaven and earth could be easily accomplished.
The latter, [Ultimate Karmic Wheel], could rewrite the laws of things. Unlike other top-tier Longinus, it had a different kind of danger—it could turn impossibilities into possibilities.
It was reputed to be the 13th Longinus, a forbidden Longinus that twisted outer laws. Many of the impossible events recorded in human history were said to be related to this Longinus. It was even called the History Reformer.
This information was told to Zeroy and Patchouli by Ddraig.
Not only Patchouli, even Zeroy didn't recognize these two Longinuses.
Otherwise, just the ability of the [Azure Box of Revolution] alone—she would've thought of a way to borrow it for herself, even temporarily.
That way, she could preview what her utopia would look like once realized.
