As heard our names begin called I turned walking towards us was a woman in her forties
'Who is she' I asked Ella in a whisper
'That is miss Davia, she is the chief maid' she replied, why didn't I know, looking at her closely, now I believe she is truly the chief maid,
'Can you two tell me why you are late' the woman asked harshly
'We are sorry ma' I heard Ella say while I was looking for the best excuse to give
' I turned to look at her she looked sorry and I didn't want her to be flogged because of me so I have to come up with something as soon as possible' I thought
'Ma ' I called out
'Am sorry that we are late' then immediately like a reality show I started crying, everyone there was confused including the woman at my front.

'Ella you will be working with Anthea since she don't know her way around and she is conversant with you, and you will be working in the laundry' she looked at Ella and then to me
'Ella is hard working, obedient, and those her work with diligence I hope you learn from her and learn well' she said smiling, this time she stood in the podium where she addressed us earlier
'Do your work diligently and stay out of trouble' she said, she then turned and went into the building by the left.
Ella looked at me with with a smile that was funny
'What is it why are you smiling at me like that , we need to head to work I want to finish fast so I can rest 'I told her

'What stun did you pull out there' she asked slightly laughing
'Not much I only save our ass from being flogged ' I said feel proud of my acting skills
'Then you did well' as we walked into the mansion and stopped at the door tagged laundry on it
I walked inside and without any deny I don't think I've seen any place as beautiful as this, the washing machines and dryers were well arranged along with the laundry basket am sure even my room is not as arrange as this
'Enough looking around and let get to work' Ella said
We started with separating the white clothes from the others
