Jiraiya (smiling, watching sunset): "That's exactly what I meant."
Tsunade: "If there's trouble, contact me via the toad. I'll come immediately. Don't leave the village."
Jiraiya: "The village revolves around you. The Hokage candidate… that's you."
Tsunade: "If you keep changing Hokage, the village won't stabilize. There's no one better than you."
