Chapter 220 - Cap.207 - Accelerated Training

On the Floating Dragon, Ames was looking at Ringo's figure with evident surprise.

There were no more breaks in their training, she hit harder and harder, but each blow only kept him down for a fraction of a second. Any damage was healed so quickly that even she was shocked. She had seen many creatures in the galaxy, but they could hardly reach such a monstrous level of regeneration.

Ringo was grinning happily, he lunged forward with his claws bared, trying to slash Ames, but the next moment he was knocked down again, a force field pinning him directly to the ground. Ames looked at Ringo's figure curiously as she increased the intensity of her force field.

Ringo's bones were constantly breaking, he groaned in pain, but the bones regenerated so quickly after breaking. Ames knew she could simply crush Ringo directly into pulp and he would hardly regenerate from that, but she was wrong this time.

Ringo was a mass of functional cells, even if he turned into a paste of flesh, he could now regenerate completely, even if a small fragment of him remained.

He had reached a 'tank' level that even Han Xiao at his peak would have envied.

Ringo screamed, his Chi forcing his body to rise. Ames was surprised that he had actually managed to lift the force field a little, but that was only a tiny fraction of her energy, if she wanted to, Ringo could have already been squeezed into a grain of dust.

The next moment, she kicked Ringo straight away, and although she was only an energy-focused Esper, her physical body was far more powerful than any Grade A Pugilist, a single kick broke dozens of bones at once.

The loud noise of Ringo hitting the wall worried onlookers, but the next moment, Ringo was perfectly fine, standing and smiling. The lost blood and flesh were directly drawn to him, fusing back into his body. For a moment he thought he could transform into a copy of Majin Buu.

Ames slightly raised the corner of her mouth, she could feel Ringo growing at an impressive speed.

Outside, Aesop, Jenny, and Wilsander watched the fight with mixed feelings.

Aesop was the calmest, but even so, he was impressed. He was certain that Ringo was already the strongest Grade A Super in the entire explored universe. If Ringo reached Grade S...

Sure, this is based on a direct fight, there are many strange powers throughout the galaxy, maybe there's a Grade A out there that could handle Ringo.

Jenny pursed her lips slightly, feeling a little confused as to whether Ringo was a good thing for the Floating Dragon, but seeing the smile on Ames's face, even if it was just a weak smile, it was completely obvious, Jenny could only sigh and hope for the best.

Wilsander's lips trembled fiercely, the half-demon, as thin as a stick, stared at it, not knowing what to say.

He thought Ringo was crazy, now he was sure of it, but seeing Ames's smile, Wilsander sighed. He knew he probably didn't have a chance anymore, of course, his chances of being with Ames had always been so slim they could be considered nonexistent.

Wilsander had been resentful in recent days because of Bradd's arrival, after all, more and more Grade A were joining Ames, and as just a Grade B Super, Wilsander felt out of place.

Wilsander wasn't the only one to notice, Bradd's arrival wasn't hidden. He was immediately given a large space to do business at the Floating Dragon, and due to Bradd's talent, he had been very busy with orders in recent days, having already filtered out the useless orders that he refused.

Bradd, who was semi-retired, felt regret again for having accepted to come to the Floating Dragon, of course, it was a happy regret, because he could have refused these jobs, he only accepted because they were really good commissions.

Eva and Hila, on the other hand, were training against each other in a different training field, each wearing their own armor.

Eva's armor refused to obey, even after Ringo demonstrated the benefits, so he directly attacked the soul and brainwashed that idiot monkey.

The power of the soul had diminished, but at least now the armor obeyed Eva.

Eva wore red armor very similar to Hila's, a mix of medieval and technological elements, while Hila wore black armor emitting a miasma of death.

Both had helmets covering their faces, Eva's pugilistic flames were now completely black, she had agreed to practice the purifying flames, just as Ringo had predicted, Hila on the other hand emitted a concentrated wine-red energy, causing constant physical and spiritual damage.

It was interesting to see how their colors overlapped, two figures, red and black, fiercely battling each other.

Neither of them was holding back, not because they hated each other, although there was a certain level of dislike between them, it was more about Ringo than one against the other.

The real reason was that both were extremely combative.

Eva loved to fight, inside her armor, she smiled like a madwoman, even feeling the burning of the black flames, she only smiled more excitedly.

Hila had a serious face, but although she didn't share Eva's love for battles, what she did have was an immense hatred for her weakness.

She hated losing with all her might.

Thus, the battle between the two reached an extreme level of ferocity right from the start.

The armor wasn't simply static, it could change, even creating weapons. Eva created a giant red axe so large it was twice her size. Although Ringo had given her O'Manir's sword, she didn't really like it, preferring the giant axe.

Hila, on the other hand, had two blades protruding from each arm, like extensions of her own body.

The purifying flames seemed to have a restraining effect against Hila's Esper energy, which is why Eva wasn't losing ground. A flame that burns spiritual energy, while Hila's energy was a semi-spiritual energy, its core power was still "Death".

Even so, the two were still engaged in a very balanced fight, the black flames were constantly growing stronger, so Eva constantly needed to disperse some of the flames to avoid having her soul directly burned by them.

This consumed a lot of her energy, leaving the battle balanced.

Outside the training room, Aurora watched the fight with wide eyes, she had grown a little more, her hair was already extremely long, she should cut it soon.

Beside her, Lena also watched the fight, her fists clenching slightly. She understood why she hadn't received anything as well, after all, Hila and Eva were ready to enter galactic wars. She was protected on the Floating Dragon, but seeing them fight with such power left Lena feeling an unprecedented sense of urgency.

Ringo still brought mechanical knowledge from time to time, she could feel his energy level rapidly increasing and his knowledge following soon after. She didn't want to fall behind.

Patting Aurora on the head, she bent down and stroked the figures of Jack and Will lying at the girl's feet.

Will wagged his tail fiercely, licking Lena's face, making the girl roll her eyes at him.

Jack glanced at her briefly, then went back to sleep, but the faint movement of his tail indicated that he liked it too.

Lena left soon after, she also needed to get stronger, and for a mechanic, that means learning!
