Planet Sunil had many wild beasts roaming the planet. Most of the time, the beasts were passive. However, there was a special type of stone deep beneath the surface of Planet Sunil that would enrage the beasts once every few years. This was exactly Ringo's target.
All of Sunil's villages and cities would be affected. Each time during this period, the Sunil warriors working far from the planet would return and protect their homeland while gathering more helpers.
The Sunils didn't always live like this. Originally, they were just a civilization without interaction with other planets. They were peaceful and tried to develop into a better society. Unfortunately, they were targeted by the Dark Star. The Sunils had no way to react when the Dark Star's fleets repeatedly fired missiles and lasers at Earth. The land was filled with screams and fire, which even drowned out the despair that the people felt.
A civilization that had at most Grade B capabilities had no way to defend itself, the result was as expected: the survivors lost their homes and had to move to another planet.
When Godora's fleet arrived, Sunil's original planet had already perished. The land was covered in lava, and the ground was cracked and destroyed. The ecosystem was lost, and only ten percent of the population survived. The technology of the Sunils had been passed down through generations and still needed to be restored. The refugees were transferred to what was now 'Planet Sunil' with Godora's help, and initially, Godora assisted in building the cities.
Initially they thought it was a new beginning, and at first that's what it seemed like, until the first time the beasts went into a frenzy.
The Sunils were caught off guard and many died in that incident, what was thought to be an isolated case soon proved incredibly recurrent, leaving them no choice but to prepare for each outbreak in whatever way they could.
This was a very common tactic of Dark Star, attacking weaker planets subordinate to Godora to force Godora to expend resources and disperse its forces.
Godora, as the 'ruler' of the area, had a greater voice, but also greater responsibility, they could not ignore these civilizations, just as they had not ignored the recent incident with Aiz.
The media didn't stand still and attributed everything to Dark Star, practically everything that happens in the area controlled by Godora is attributed to Dark Star, so Godora can never stand still.

This was the kind of mental disturbance the Stones of Prophecy were capable of. More intelligent creatures would have a better chance of suppressing it and not being greatly affected by it. However, whenever the 'waves' erupted, the intensity of these disruptions increased, and everyone could experience what the beasts went through every day. Living in such conditions all the time meant that a small push would be more than enough to throw someone over the brink of sanity. In other words, the 'waves' were the spark that would bring about the Catastrophe.
Ringo was particularly interested in this thing because it was practically a kind of psychic satellite.
If this thing were used properly, with a sufficient quantity of it, it would be possible to create something like a quantum network, only psychic.
If the first intelligent beings in this universe possessed these stones, would we have a society based on psychics?
In any case, this thing could be very useful in the future, especially for Ringo who isn't a mechanic, the Trihexa could easily be hacked by a Grade S mechanic, or even a Grade A mechanic, and given enough time could take full control of the ship.
