The training ground ahead was bustling with fierce battles, but Law, from beginning to end, trained alone in the back training area. Naturally, no one came to challenge Law, and Law challenged no one. By the time the battle assessment ended, Law's score was only thirteen points! Such a score in a battle assessment was considered merely upper-middle. But for Law, the score's magnitude was far less important than his training. Only the weak needed to prove themselves through scores, and Law clearly didn't need scores to gain others' recognition.

Extreme training. Law didn't stop training until he was drenched in sweat and too weak to do anything but collapse on the ground. Only then did he have the mind to review the Marine Six Powers combat techniques. The Marine Six Powers could be said to be perfect combat techniques created by the culmination of Marine strongmen's efforts.

"Soru, Geppo, Rankyaku, Kami-e, Shigan, Tekkai." Law already understood how to train the Marine Six Powers. With his knowledge from the original story, he could even slowly figure them out on his own, without Admiral Zephyr's instruction. "Soru's sudden burst of speed is very useful in combat. Whether for dodging or surprise attacks, it plays a crucial role." Even with his ability to instantly transfer objects within his ROOM space, akin to teleportation, Law still highly valued Soru. Transferring objects in space consumed a vast amount of stamina each time, while Soru's consumption was clearly much less. "Geppo seems to be the most useful." What Law valued most was Geppo's ability to move in the air for short periods, offering perfect maneuverability. It could prove remarkably effective in combat, escape, or even desperate situations. "Kami-e's dodging ability is also very useful." The remaining three combat techniques were not as important in Law's eyes.

"It seems my current stamina is insufficient to train the Marine Six Powers. At most, I can train Kami-e, which doesn't require much strength or stamina." Law gave a bitter laugh. Indeed, the foundation of everything was one's own inherent strength.

"Continue." After resting, Law resumed his extreme training. Once his own body was strong, training the Marine Six Powers would be effortless. Why struggle now for something unattainable?

Frantic, extreme training. Law didn't stop until Ain arrived, telling him it was dusk. Only then did Law drag his exhausted body out of the recruit camp. The recruits, leaving in twos and threes, respectfully made way for him. Even the instructors actively smiled and greeted Law. Only one person, Drake, still glared at Law with resentment. However, he no longer had his previous arrogance and haughtiness. Though his gaze towards Law was filled with hatred, there was also a hint of apprehension, even fear.

"Law, be careful. Drake is the type to hold a grudge. When you go out for practical combat in the future, he might secretly plot against you," Ain warned.

"It doesn't matter." Law never regarded Drake as an opponent. Even though Drake was also one of the Supernovas of the same generation in the original story, Law's gaze had long been fixed on the Admirals and the Four Emperors; those were his true targets. Drake was merely a clown. If he dared to act arrogant again... Law lightly squeezed the heart in his pocket.

"Hiss." Drake, glaring at Law with hatred, suddenly clutched his chest. He felt a sharp pain radiating from his chest. What was happening? Law was never one to repay evil with kindness. When he dissected Drake earlier, he conveniently took his heart. If Drake remained quiet from now on, Law might choose to let him off. Otherwise, he could instantly dispatch him, completely unbeknownst to anyone.

"1, 2, 3... 569..." Upon returning home and recovering his stamina, Law continued his frantic training, unwilling to stop for even a moment. Possessing the Op-Op Fruit, he had a deep understanding of his own body. Many extreme training regimens, which would be highly detrimental to an ordinary person's body, could be quickly repaired by him. This was an invisible advantage.

Training. Always training.

"ROOM! Command Stick!"

In the forest, a giant circular space, tens of meters in diameter, covered the area. As the young man within lightly raised his right hand, several tons of boulders flew into the air, suspended. He was manipulating objects within the space.

Whoosh!

Law instantly vanished, swapping positions with a small stone next to the floating boulder. The space disappeared, and the boulder fell towards the earth. Law's sword swept through the air, striking the boulder. There was a slight sensation of resistance, but he still cleaved the boulder in two. Finally, he struck it with both fists, sending fragments flying. The largest fragment was no bigger than a fist.

"Still not there." Standing amidst the shattered rocks, Law shook his head. One year of extreme training had brought him immense growth. But he was still some distance from being able to effortlessly cleave a three-inch iron plate with a single sword stroke and shatter a ten-ton boulder without scattering fragments.

"Continue training." Law now focused more of his training in this small grove. He didn't want to train in the recruit camp, unwilling to have too many onlookers. After all, his current training methods were somewhat shocking, at least within the recruit camp. For instance, sprinting with several tons of boulders on his back or doing push-ups. Climbing cliffs upside down, swinging a hundred-pound greatsword thousands of times. The astonishing training brought astonishing improvements. Now, even relying solely on physical strength, Law believed he could defeat Drake.

"Continue!" In the forest, the young man poured out sweat, silently, step by arduous step, ascending the path of a strongman. Though not fast, each step was steady. One day, he would reach the highest peak. Dragging his weak, tired body, he still didn't rest.

Law came to the basement. The basement, originally used for storage, had been converted into a laboratory by Law. The Op-Op Fruit's most famous ability was naturally surgery; it could heal or kill. But surgery required extensive experimental knowledge. Using Corazon's status and power, he had collected a large amount of medical equipment. In his previous life, Law didn't understand medicine, but after inheriting the original Law's memories, his medical skills had reached a master level. In addition, by reading numerous medical texts in the Marine library during his training breaks, his medical skills had advanced even further.

"Attack here, and the enemy can be instantly incapacitated." He studied human anatomy. He studied human cells. While improving his medical skills, he also discovered many ways to deliver instant fatal attacks, learning where to strike to most easily kill an enemy.
