Dirk Carter didn't notice that Helen Fletcher's face turned red.
She murmured, "What sound? You must have heard wrong."
Dirk squinted and shook his head, saying, "I didn't hear wrong, there definitely is a sound, and it's nearby."
After speaking, he started searching around the sofa.
Helen, seeing this, was about to get up and find an excuse to leave.
Dirk suddenly called out, "Wait a moment."
After speaking.
He placed his ear close to Helen, frowned, and asked, "Is the sound coming from you?"
Helen knew she couldn't avoid it anymore.
She let out a small hum.
"What is it?"
Dirk curiously asked.
At that moment, she was sitting with her legs together, looking bashful, her face flushed red, and breathing more rapidly than usual.
After all, she's a skilled one.
Dirk was stunned for a moment, his eyes flicking to between her legs, suddenly realizing, and waved, "Maybe I heard wrong."
Helen knew Dirk had figured it out.
