Kumo suffered a loss of 5,000 shinobi, but dealt devastating blows in return. They killed Hiruzen Sarutobi, crippled Minato Namikaze by destroying his hand, captured Kushina Uzumaki and Rōshi, and slaughtered 4,000 Konoha shinobi and 10,000 Iwa shinobi. They successfully sealed Hashirama and Tobirama, and secured control over a chakra ore mine, giving them a long-term strategic edge.
Konoha lost 8,000 shinobi, along with Hiruzen Sarutobi and their jinchūriki. They also lost a Byakugan, Dan Katō, Might Duy, Shibi Aburame and multiple Uchiha members. Their one major success was inflicting life-threatening injuries on the Third Raikage, halting his momentum.
Suna lost 1,000 shinobi, but they acquired a Byakugan, and most importantly, the Third Kazekage survived, preserving their leadership and stability.
Iwa paid the heaviest price. They lost 14,000 shinobi and their jinchūriki, Rōshi, leaving the village crippled both militarily and symbolically. They killed Dan Kato, Orochimaru lost his hand and almost killed jiraiya.
Kiri lost five of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, a blow that shattered their elite combat force.

Kaien (MC)
Served as the primary strategist for Kumo throughout the war. He secured the chakra ore mine with zero Kumo casualties, inflicting heavy losses on Konoha in the process. Anticipated the arrival of Hiruzen and Kushina and played a direct role in securing Kushina alive. He deduced Minato's abilities solely from the title "Yellow Flash", warned about the Reaper Death Seal as Hiruzen's potential last resort, and suggested the use of sedatives against Uchiha, successfully capturing ten Uchiha alive and preventing Mangekyō awakenings. He later manipulated Kushina into believing she could return to Konoha and have her train Bee in sealing. His only major setback was the loss of 4,000 Kumo shinobi due to an unexpected, full-scale Iwa assault because of inadequate information on Iwa's jinchuriki.
Third Raikage (Ay)
Fought Hiruzen Sarutobi and Minato Namikaze (Dodai neutralized most of Minato's Flying Thunder God kunai), killing Hiruzen and destroying Minato's hand. Toyed with Han and Rōshi for 18 hours, later killing 1,000 remaining shinobi alongside Killer Bee. Engaged Fugaku Uchiha, unlocked battle instinct, and expended his own life force to battle reanimated Hashirama and Tobirama and successfully sealed.
Killer Bee
Killed 850 Konoha shinobi alongside Ay, fought Kushina Uzumaki and successfully sealed her. Single-handedly fought 5,500 Iwa shinobi, battled and sealed Rōshi, and later engaged Hashirama and Tobirama assisting the third raikage. Began learning sealing techniques from Kushina afterward.
Onoki
Killed Dan Kato, destroyed Orochimaru's arm, and killed Manda. Fought imperfect Sage Mode Jiraiya without Ma and Pa. Ordered 10,000 Iwa shinobi into a full assault, devastating Kumo's front at the Land of Rice Fields (1,000 casualties) and the second base in the Land of Frost (3,000 casualties).
Minato Namikaze
Fought Young Ay, the Third Raikage, and assisted Hiruzen. Later extreme-diffed the Third Kazekage Sasori despite the handicap. Mastered Chidori and developed a new combat style after his loss.
Danzo Shimura
Assumed the role of temporary Hokage. Brainwashed and secured Pakura, ordered Orochimaru to summon Hashirama and Tobirama, and directly caused the life-threatening injuries to the Third Raikage that temporarily halted the war.
Dodai
Neutralized Minato's Flying Thunder God network by trapping his kunai. Assisted Ay directly, survived Minato's counterattacks using rubber armor, and fought Choza Akimichi and Inoichi Yamanaka.
Renga
Deployed Young Ay and Killer Bee to the Hot Water region to secure the chakra ore zone. Oversaw the transport of sealed Kushina and Killer Bee back to Kumo. Later redeployed the Raikage and Bee to the Land of Frost to counter 10,000 Iwa forces and their jinchuriki.
Hiruzen Sarutobi
Initially held off the Third Raikage to limit damage and saved Minato from a killing blow. Nearly succeeded in sealing Young Ay before his eventual death.
Rōshi
Killed 1,000 Kumo shinobi at the Land of Rice Fields using wide-area attacks, and another 3,000 at the Land of Frost base. Fought the Third Raikage for 18 hours before being sealed by Killer Bee.
Han
Mirrored Rōshi's destruction, killing 1,000 Kumo shinobi at the Land of Rice Fields and 3,000 at the Land of Frost base. Fought the Third Raikage for 18 hours, successfully deceived him, and escaped.
Chiyo
Nearly killed the Hyuga brothers, retrieved a Byakugan for Suna, and used it to save the Third Kazekage.
Pakura
Killed Shibi Aburame, was defeated by Hiashi Hyuga, captured, and brainwashed by Danzo. Became a high-ranking Root operative, monitored Orochimaru, and was tasked with retrieving fallen Uchiha bodies, but failed as none were found.
Tsunade
Saved the Hyuga brothers and Minato, and stopped Chiyo from advancing further, all while suffering from hemophobia and being pregnant.
Young Ay
Killed 850 Konoha shinobi alongside Killer Bee, fought Dan Kato, engaged Minato alongside Dodai and fifty Earth-style users, and later clashed with Fugaku Uchiha.
