Lin Xin woke up groggily, his head poking out from beneath the thin blanket. His curly blonde hair was completely tousled from sleep, with a few strands sticking up in every direction.
He rubbed his eyes sleepily before letting out a soft yawn.
"Are you awake?"
Hearing Han Yan's voice, Lin Xin slowly opened his eyes.
He saw Han Yan walking into their bedroom.
"Mm..." Lin Xin answered sleepily.
He still looked half-asleep, his usual alertness completely gone. His eyes were slightly narrowed, and his cheeks were still warm from the blanket.
Han Yan couldn't help but smile at the sight.
He walked over to the bed and sat down beside him.
"You need to get up. Dinner is ready."
As he spoke, he reached out and gently pressed Lin Xin's cheek.
Lin Xin's cheek squished beneath his fingers.
"Mm..."
He frowned sleepily and pushed Han Yan's hand away.
"Don't pinch me..."
Han Yan chuckled.
"Then wake up."
