Hello, and thank you so much for reading the story of Helios and Dante all the way to the end!
It truly means the world to me that you took the time to dive into my very first story. I know it's not perfectly polished in every part—but that's all part of the creative journey, isn't it?I had hoped to get a bit of feedback, though I've found that's not so easy to come by online.
That's why, now that we've reached the end, I'd be even more happy to hear your thoughts!
What did you like? What maybe didn't work as well for you?Were there moments that made you hold your breath—or scenes that completely took you by surprise?
I really tried to make everything (aside from the fantasy parts, of course!) as realistic as possible. :3
What's next?
Right now, I'm working on a few side stories.I'm not yet sure if I'll publish all of them, but first of all I'll definitely release a short story about how Davis and Helios first met! I just don't know when exactly since I need to collect some ideas about it!
I'm also working hard on a physical edition and ebook of "The Protected," which is expected to be released around September 2026. I'll be designing and assembling this edition myself—including a few illustrations.
Originally, it was meant to be a single volume, but at this point it's looking more and more like it's going to become a trilogy.

Progress is still fairly slow at the moment, but we're trying to upload an update every 3 weeks. Unfortunately, creating and drawing a comic is proving to be quite difficult. Hopefully things will speed up a little once we gain more experience.

Will there be more stories?
Oh, absolutely! I've already written down quite a few new ideas.
Once the side stories are finished, I'll start working on my next project: "Whispering Frames" – a story about art thieves.
Let's be honest it will be another BL-Story, although it will be a slowburn I think!
I'll probably start uploading the first chapters around January or February. There will be updates about that on Instagram as well!
