The goblin general releases a bone-chilling war cry. Several hobgoblin voices reply, then countless goblins shout.
"Arise!" the death knight calls again. More goblins rise from the dead, adding to the undead mob before me.
As some clerics have already learned, the death knight is passively buffing allied undead. Not only are the undead stronger, but they resist turn undead. There might be even more to it that I'm unaware of.
I rush the undead mob. The mob fans out; I shuffle to its flank, and attack the lone zombie there. It swings its hands at air. I kick behind its knee, and it falls to the ground; I jump onto its chest while it is downed. It turns to dust.
The next one lunges forward, flailing its arms. I block its swings, and drive my elbow into its head. It turns to dust.
A series of sharp knocks sounds out behind me. The shielder is being driven back from the stairway!
I aggressively rush the zombies, turning two more to dust, and knock the other two down.
"Arise!" the death knight shouts again, with a raspy and decrepit voice. Three more fallen goblins rise as zombies and completely surround me.
