Rudra remained still, eyes half-open, expression calm. He felt the energy entering him — like a river flowing into an ocean. His aura pulsed once, faintly glowing before returning to perfect stillness.
"So this is it…" Rudra whispered. "The evolution of the Chakra Kavach."
Before, his Chakra Kavach — the mystical barrier born from the Root Chakra — had required physical manifestation. He had to extend his arms, focus his ki, and consciously form the red armor of chakra around himself. But now… he didn't need to.
He looked down at his hands, flexing them slowly. There was no visible shield — yet, around him, an invisible energy barrier pulsed, alive and aware. It moved with him, like an extension of his very soul.
"I see…" he murmured. "It's no longer something I create. It's something that exists within me."
He closed his eyes for a moment, analyzing the flow of energy within. He could sense how the Namekian's attack had not only failed to harm him — it had been absorbed. That energy now circulated through his own ki channels, expanding his reserves, strengthening his life force.
Rudra smiled faintly, realization dawning on him. "So now, every attack that strikes me… becomes my strength. My chakra shield doesn't just protect me anymore — it nourishes me."
The Namekian warrior, still stunned, stepped closer. "You absorbed it… completely. Not even a trace of energy remained. I've never seen such a technique, not even among our elders."
Rudra looked toward the horizon, his eyes calm but filled with determination. "It's not a technique anymore. It's a part of me — like breathing."
He raised one hand, focusing slightly. Instantly, the air around him shimmered faintly — the barrier responding to his thought, invisible yet alive. He could feel it stretching several meters in every direction, protecting him from even the faintest hostile intent.
He clenched his fist gently. "This isn't just defense… this is balance."
Then he turned back to the Namekian warrior, who stood silently, clearly overwhelmed by what he had witnessed.
Rudra smiled warmly. "Thank you for helping me test this. Your beam was strong — but now, that strength lives within me."
The warrior bowed his head respectfully. "It was an honor, Rudra. You are truly unlike any being I've ever met. Even among gods, I doubt anyone has such control over their spirit."
Rudra's expression softened. "No… I'm still learning. The deeper I go, the more I realize — true strength doesn't come from fighting others. It comes from understanding yourself."
The wind swept gently across the green fields, carrying his words far and wide.
For the first time since arriving on Namek, Rudra felt complete peace. He could sense every living being around him — every leaf, every ripple in the water, every heart beating in harmony with the planet's rhythm. His aura merged with that of the world itself, a sign that his spirit had begun to synchronize with existence.
He whispered softly, "This… is what acceptance feels like."
The invisible barrier around him pulsed faintly, as if responding to his realization — an eternal bond between soul and power.
Far away, beyond the twin suns, dark clouds began to stir — the faint echo of Cell's chaos in the distant reaches of space. But for now, Rudra remained undisturbed. His journey toward the higher stages of awakening had truly begun.
