Joshua immediately takes out the Sword of Inversion. *I need to take him out as quickly as possible. At max speed, I am much quicker than TBM, but other than that, I am weaker. My only chance is the one-hit kill, but I still have no idea how he took out TBM in merely 5 seconds. * Joshua thinks to himself Joshua prepares his attack as Jesse stands there relaxed, "Dragon Slayer, Sword Style: Piercing Wyvern," he says, he dashes forwards much faster than TBM did. He goes for a piercing attack, but Jesse easily dodges to the side. "Dragon Slayer, Sword Style: Roar," He goes for a vertical slash.
"O refk ksof fmay zoks ksire muzab ul Yox, ehn muzab ul Nebp, Qoh ehn Qehw: Novawohw lyuz," Jesse casts. One hand glows white while the other glows black. He palm-strikes the blade, deflecting it. He then punches Joshua in the stomach. Joshua gets launched back but doesn't take much damage.
*Damn it. No matter how I attack him, he's just going to deflect my sword and get a hit in. If he decides to go for one of those kicks, then I'm dead. Worst of all, I see no openings to get an attack in* He sheathes his sword. "I guess I need to focus on hand-to-hand to make it harder for you to make an opening. Dragon Slayer, Martial Arts Style, Dragon Barrage." He punches towards Jesse multiple times in quick succession. Jesse lands a bit back, his hands in his pockets. "Dragon Slayer, Dragon Smash," He launches two palm strikes towards Jesse. Jesse flies backwards, but then Joshua grabs his leg. "DRAGON SLAYER, SPINNING DRAGON," Joshua says. He spins around and goes to slam Jesse into the ground, but he loses his grip. *Why do my hands and wrists hurt? I can barely make a fist.* Joshua thinks to himself. He grits his teeth and charges forward as Jesse lands "DRAGON CRASH," he yells, and charges towards Jesse.
"O refk ksof fmay zoks ksire muzab ul Yox, ehn muzab ul Nebp, Qoh ehn Qehw:" Jesse begins to chant, one hand glows black while the other glows white. He swiftly redirects Joshua's punch to the side. "Novawohw lyuz. I hate to inform you, but not a single one of your attacks has landed," Jesse says. Joshua's face is filled with shock. Jesse grabs Joshua's head and slams it into the ground. Joshua quickly responds and goes for a low sweep, Jesse jumps out of the range. Joshua gets up and charges forward. He throws a barrage of punches, but not a single one lands. Jesse punches Joshua with his right hand while sticking out his pinky and pointer fingers on his left hand. Joshua coughs up blood as he gets launched back. He regains his footing and charges in for a punch. He misses, but he quickly follows up with a stab. Jesse pulls a purple and black ko-katana out of a portal and blocks the attack. He punches Joshua into the air and begins charging up an attack, putting his ko-katana back into the portal. "O refk ksof fmay zoks ksire muzab ul Yox, ehn muzab ul Nebp, Qoh ehn Qehw. Ksire ummufohw lubraf ruhvabwohw ku banobark ksire lyuz ul ahabwi: Ruyyonohw Ahabwi" Joshua tries to counter with his sword, but it is of no use. Jesse's punch connects as he punches Joshua straight into the ground. Joshua doesn't stop and manages to slash Jesse's arm. Jesse jumps back.
"It's over now, " Joshua says. "Sword of inversion ability, Mana flow reversal." Joshua waits for a few moments, but nothing happens. Joshua looks at Jesse, shocked. "Why isn't anything happening?"
"I just cut off all mana flow to my arm. If there's no mana flow, then you can't reverse it. It's a shame this arm is now useless in combat," Jesse says. Joshua charges at Jesse to punch him, but gets stopped by a barrier. Joshua jumps back.
"O ohvabfire ksire muzab ul nifk ku ersoavire di zoy, zoks ksire muzab ul zohn: Zhon Tyenire Fyefs," Joshua casts. The wind flies at Jesse, but he dodges every attack. "Ororyire fsuk." Jesse once again dodges as he walks forward. Joshua continues to launch Ororyire fsuk, but none of the icicles hit. Pulls his ko-katana back out.
"Death breathing, first death," Jesse disappears from view. Joshua jumps to the side just as half of his neck gets cut. Jesse reappears behind where Joshua was standing. "Undead slash. What a shame that you dodged. I guess I'm a bit rusty." Joshua heals his neck.
"What the hell was that? Damn it, O refk ksof fmay zoks ksire muzab ul Yox: Yox Yefab," Joshua casts. 6 yellow spell circles appear around him. They all fire lasers at Jesse. Jesse dodges the first barrage of lasers.
"Death Breathing, 8th Death, Death Waltz," He starts moving forward. The lasers continue to fire, but he keeps moving, blocking some lasers while dodging others, almost like he's dancing. Each move is swift and flows together. Each attack that he can't dodge, he blocks, and each attack he can't block, he dodges. He quickly makes his way towards Joshua.
"O ohvabfire ksire muzab ul zekab ku ersoavire di zoy, zoks ksire muzab ul orire: Orire zey," Joshua casts, cancelling his earlier spell. A giant ice wall appears between him and Jesse.
" Owhokire," Jesse says. His whole body ignites in a bright orange flame. He moves his hands together in front of his body. "Lyedire Zaevohhw: Lyedohw Tuz." He pulls one hand back as the flames concentrate into a bow. An arrow forms in the path of his hand. "Bayaefire," He lets go of the flaming arrow as it explosively shoots forward. It makes contact and immediately destroys the entire ice wall. Joshua dodges to the side, but the fight is already over. Jesse appears behind Joshua and swings at the back of his neck with the blunt side of his ko-katana. Joshua falls over, unconscious. "I can't remember which one I'm supposed to keep alive. Is it this one or his brother? I have no idea. I guess I'll just leave this one alive since he is already unconscious. Time to watch Dai'chi's battle then."
