Dai'chi walks over and cuts off Alexander's head, confirming that he is dead. Krytheos walks over towards Joshua, who is still knocked out. He drags his sword along the ground. "Now that he's dead, this ends now," Krytheos says, his sword raised. He swords downward, strong winds being created by his swing, but it gets stopped by a barrier. "Damn, he has a barrier around him." Iori walks over.
"Step out of the way, the leader should end this battle. It'll be over quickly," Iori says. She pulls out her Scythe as she walks over to Joshua and Krytheos. Dai'chi and Aevum walk over as well, prepared to kill him.
"This should be entertaining. Who will kill him first? All the remnants of their army had already run away earlier. Who's going to get the one, last, strike?" Lily says cheerfully. Prepared for the good show. Jesse sighs as he walks over. He slightly chops Lily. "What was that for?" she says, upset. He goes over and backhands Krytheos at full strength, knocking him out.
"How about we don't kill him? He has already been defeated, and he could be useful in the future. How many of us are really that inconvenienced by Satoshi's death to kill this guy?" Jesse says.
Iori goes to retort, but she realizes that what Jesse said is correct. "You've got a point. All Satoshi did was make it hard to be the leader. If anything, we should be thanking him for getting rid of the nuisance for the time being," Iori says. Her scythe disappears in a puff of black smoke.
Dai'chi walks over. "Makes no difference to me, but how could this weakling be useful? I say we kill him now and get it over with. That barrier can only last for so long," Dai'chi says. Jesse grabs Dai'chi's head and slams him into the ground. He coughs up blood. "You make quite a strong argument. I'm afraid I'll have to concede this time."
He gets back up and sheathes his sword. He throws it into his dimensional storage. Iori, Aevum, Lilith, and Jesse walk into the base. Krytheos wakes back up and jumps up. "What happened? Have I finally become the strongest being yet?" Krytheos says. Dai'chi sighs.
"We're having a meeting, don't kill Joshua while we're gone, and no Krytheos, you're still weak," Iori says. They walk into the base and go to the basement level two, where there is a meeting room. "As annoying as Satoshi was, losing him is a major loss of power for the Crusaders, and without him alive, nobody new will be able to join. We're going to have to reset the timeline to bring him back," Iori says. Jesse sighs.
"We shouldn't reset the timeline again. I believe that the time star will shatter if we use it again while purely relying on the magic inside of it. The chance of the timeline mutating is too high. It's almost guaranteed at this point," Aevum says.
"We can bring Satoshi back without resetting the timeline. It'll be a one-time use way of bringing him back, and it'll take a bit of time for it to be finished," Jesse says. Iori looks over at him. She sighs.
"How long are we talking about? 3 years, 4 years, maybe 10?" Iori says. Jesse gets up and starts walking out of the room. Lilith gets up as well, hopping along as she leaves the room first. Jesse turns around before he leaves. He puts his hood up and puts his hands in his pockets.
"It'll take a bit under 100 years for the right conditions to line up. It'll be around a 3-year span of time to be able to do it, and the next opportunity won't be for another 500 years, so make sure not to be late. I'll put his body in cryostasis." Jesse says. He leaves the room as he slices one of Krytheos's plushies in half.
Krytheos and Dai'chi walk into the room, dragging Joshua in, and they run into Jesse. "So what are we going to do with this guy?" Dai'chi says. He throws the unconscious Joshua into the center of the room.
"Just throw him into the dungeon on the third basement floor. Deal with him some other time," Jesse says. Iori walks up from out of the basement and looks at Dai'chi and Krytheos. She walks over to them.
"I have decided that no one will be allowed to return to the base for the next 100 years. Spend that time training. I'll see y'all when we all return," Iori says. She disappears into the shadows.
Aevum walks up from the basement next and teleports Joshua into the dungeon. Krytheos begins to speak, "Am I going to get an explanation of why we aren't allowed to return for the next 100 years? Though I'll definitely be the strongest when we return," Krytheos says.
Aevum chuckles a little. "No, and that was a funny joke. You wouldn't understand if I told you, and Dai'chi probably doesn't care," Aevum says. A bright green light flashes as he disappears. Dai'chi, Jesse, and Lilith go to the canyon nearby.
"You guys doubt my strength now, but I will return, stronger than anyone. Don't come crying to me when I beat all of you at the same time," Krytheos says as he goes down to the teleporter and leaves. Completely delirious in his thinking that he'll be able to beat all the other Crusaders in a fight at the same time.
Dai'chi inquires about what Jesse plans on doing for the next 100 years. "Just doing a bit of preparation. See you in 100 years. O bafkebk lbud huksohw ifohw ksire muzab ul baohreb hekouh: lubran baohreb hekouh," A giant red hand comes out of the ground and crushes Jesse and Lilith. When it disappears, they are both gone.
"See you in a hundred years," Dai'chi says. His clothes wave in the wind. He snaps his fingers, and a portal opens in front of him. He walks into the portal and disappears.
