Hey, you two — y'all are back.
I'm just curious if you wanted to go to another world with me?
"Sure, Father. Why though?"
This world's getting boring, and it's hard to find tough opponents too.
I can't get stronger if nothing can kill me in this world, so why don't you come with me to another one?
"That's fine with us, Father. But how will we get there?"
Don't worry about that — I'll handle it. We leave tomorrow.
The next day…
Ok, kids, you ready?
"Yes, Father, we are."
Hey — Omnyth here.
Figured I should explain how I brought myself, Obsidra, Mortyn, and Liora to our new world.
You ever fold a piece of paper so the corners touch?
Now imagine that paper is reality… and I'm the hand doing the folding.
That's what I did.
The air went still — not quiet, still. Sound, light, even motion just… stopped pretending to exist. My wings moved slow, deliberate, carving arcs through a space that wasn't meant to bend. The horizon didn't curve — it folded inward, like gravity itself was watching.
Most people imagine portals — glowing rings, swirling lights, all that dramatic stuff.
Yeah, no. This was quieter. Heavier. Like watching a god inhale.
Each beat of my wings pulled the stars closer, threads of spacetime tangling until "here" stopped meaning anything. I didn't leave one world for another — I rewrote where I was.
From the outside, I probably vanished.
From my view, the universe folded in on itself until there was nothing left but me. Then I spread my wings… and there it was — another sky, another world, like someone had turned the page of creation.
And if you're wondering how that feels — it's like blinking without closing your eyes.
You don't move through space. You move through meaning.
That's the real secret.
The Event Horizon Fold isn't about running from reality — it's about convincing reality it was never where you were to begin with.
Anyway, that's what I did. Now let's get back to the story.
We're here — the new world. I traveled here a while back but didn't have time to explore.
So now I'm back.
"Awesome! Let's all go explore, Father!"
Are you ok with that, Obsidra?
"Yes, honey. Go have fun."
Ok, that's all I needed to hear.
But first, let me create our new home.
Crack!
Rumble, rumble, rumble!
Ok — here is our new home.
Time to go explore.
To be continued…
