ARIA
I decided to stay in the room after Atlas finished speaking. I didn't want to argue with him, knowing it'd get us nowhere, and to be honest, I was still scared about what I saw in the room.
My name… in red and the entity in a black hood holding a silver sharp dagger…I think that image would haunt me forever.
I lay on the bed, my eyes wandering around the room before landing on the picture with Atlas and Sophia once more. I hoisted myself out of bed, walking towards it, and a grimace slipped out of my mouth. One of her hands splayed possessively on his chest, the smile on her face wide and bright, felt almost mocking. As if she was gloating, telling me she'd have Atlas regardless of what I did.
I felt a strange urge to yank the picture off the wall and toss it in the bin. But that'd be somewhat too impulsive a thing to do even for someone like me. I exhaled, moving away quickly before I felt the whim again.
