No one would know about the atrocity that happened here because, for some reason, it was only us that were here. My head reeled as I thought about Elder Bernard's words. Perhaps he wanted this to happen. He wanted us to kill each other.
The thoughts unnerved me and did nothing to help my situation. My eyes quickly moved around the room to see that the girls were now on their feet, moving close to me.
A total of 40 girls proceeded to this level. One had fled the room, and the other, Cassie, seemed uninterested in what was happening.
"Please, stop this madness," I whispered, staring at Sophia.
Sophia neared me, and she sneered. "Why should I? You watch me get humiliated by Atlas. Now, I am going to watch you get killed. It's a competition, Aria. Of course, we need to eliminate those we believe stand in our way to success."
