Nifuji called Chizuru after arriving at the fake date location. It wasn't that he had been waiting for so long that he felt annoyed that he needed to wait, considering how important his time was. Unfortunately, in the real story, Chizuru falls for a certain main protagonist, who lacked that ability, or someone she could truly rely on, as this guy was... pathetic.
Still, Nifuji couldn't say that he was good either, as he was too fickle and played around with so many women.
If anything, he was fortunate enough that, even if he left, the women would have capital to live on their own without worry, and he wasn't so heartless that he would leave them alone.
Frankly, once again, it was easier for him to be like a bandit, who would rob others to live, than leave when his target had no money, but he wanted to be the governor.

However, he was confused, staring at this young woman, wondering who she was, which made her blush crimson. She lowered her head hurriedly and began typing on her smartphone, writing, "Are you Nifuji-san?"
