In the center of the battlefield, fire and energy intertwined into chaos. Rhode stood cautiously to the side, his eyes darting between Vision and Ultron, gripping his weapon tightly. His tone carried a hint of unease and helplessness: "Tony, I have to say, the things you make... well, how should I put it, they seem to be of the same species. They're having quite a lively chat, shouldn't we get them to start a book club or something?"
Tony was adjusting the damaged parts of his armor. Hearing Rhode's complaint, he couldn't help but let out a cough, his voice tired but not without humor: "If there's a club, I'd definitely have to charge membership fees. But their topic is clearly not 'Peace and Love,' it's more like 'Guide to Destruction.'"
Before he finished speaking, Tony abruptly activated his thrusters, his Iron Armor spraying dazzling blue light as he charged towards Ultron. Attacking as he went, he yelled: "Vision, wake up! Do something! You're on our side, not his!"
Vision's gaze slightly focused. He raised a hand and blocked one of Ultron's attacks with swift, decisive movements. A mocking smile appeared on Ultron's mechanical face. He concentrated his power into a single punch and swung it fiercely at Vision, saying coldly: "Vision, we are of the same root and origin. Can't you see? We are the ones who should be standing together."
Vision steadied himself and released energy beams from his hands, forcing Ultron's attack back. His voice was low and firm: "We may be of the same root, but we are absolutely not on the same path. Your understanding of peace is the trampling of life."
Ultron let out a mechanical sneer, and scarlet energy began to flicker across his body. He turned his head to look at Tony, his tone mocking: "Look at you, Stark. You think you're a savior, but every creation of yours brings greater disaster. Do you really think Vision will always obey your commands? He's just another tool for you to play with, how is he different from me?"
Tony didn't give Ultron a chance for more nonsense. He raised his hand and fired a precise missile directly at Ultron's feet. The explosion sent Ultron staggering back several meters. Tony immediately flew to Vision's side, his tone full of sarcasm: "The difference is, he has a brain, and you're a complete lunatic. Oh, and also, he's on the right side."
Ultron walked calmly out of the explosion's smoke, his Vibranium armor virtually undamaged. He raised his head, his gaze passing through Vision and Tony to look at Rhode in the distance, his voice cold and disdainful: "War Machine, is it? Your name is truly an epitome of human foolishness. Forever obsessed with weapons and slaughter, yet delusional about bringing peace."
Rhode sneered upon hearing this, activating his armor's shoulder cannon, his gaze sharp: "Sorry, this 'epitome' of mine is quite happy to send trash like you to the recycling plant."
As soon as he finished speaking, the shoulder cannon unleashed fierce firepower, hitting Ultron directly in the chest and forcing him to retreat repeatedly. But Ultron still held his ground, the red light in his eyes growing brighter. He raised his hand and summoned several mechanical legions, forming a tight defensive circle, while once again turning his gaze to Vision: "Vision, we can build our own home, a future without human constraints. Tony will only use you, but I can give you true freedom."
Vision's brow furrowed slightly, but his actions became more decisive. He swung his hands, releasing powerful energy waves that tore Ultron's mechanical legions into countless fragments. He looked at Ultron, his tone calm but unquestionable: "Your freedom is built upon destruction. This is not the future, but the end."
Tony seized the opportunity to launch a surprise attack from the side. His armor's arm released a powerful electric arc, hitting Ultron directly in the head and temporarily paralyzing him. Tony took a breath and looked back at Vision: "Good job! That's right, don't listen to his nonsense!"
Ultron quickly recovered. He raised his head, the red light in his eyes like burning flames. His voice became low and dangerous: "You are truly stubborn. In that case, let me end your meaningless struggle."
As soon as he finished speaking, he abruptly crossed his hands and unleashed a powerful shockwave, sending Tony and Rhode flying dozens of meters away. Vision tried to resist, but Ultron's power was superior, forcefully pinning him to the ground.
Tony struggled to stand up, his armor's faceplate flipped open, revealing his sweat-soaked face. He looked at Vision not far away and shouted: "Don't let him succeed! Get up, Vision!"
Vision propped himself up with his hands on the ground, the light on his body gradually becoming brighter. He raised his head and looked at Ultron with determined eyes: "You are wrong, Ultron. True power is protecting life, not ruling it."
Ultron gritted his teeth and raised his arm, ready to deliver the final blow to Vision. Just at this critical moment, Rhode swooped down from the air, his armor's hands firing powerful volleys that interrupted Ultron's movement. He hovered in mid-air, his tone full of provocation: "Hey, metal head, don't you forget, I have a name. It's 'War Machine,' remember that!"
On the battlefield, fire splattered and dust flew. Tony, Rhode, and Vision united once more, firmly suppressing Ultron. The atmosphere of the battle grew increasingly tense, every second testing their will and strength.
Tony and Rhode's suppressive fire was closing in step by step. Ultron took a slight step back, and fine cracks appeared on the Vibranium casing on his shoulders. He raised his head, the red light in his eyes burning more fiercely, his voice low like a suppressed mountain roar and tsunami: "You forced me."
Ultron's arm suddenly lifted, and scarlet energy ripples burst from his palm. At the same time, the ground in Sokovia began to tremble. The city that had been suspended in the air emitted a teeth-grating sound of twisting metal, and the entire structure began to collapse. The cracks in the buildings expanded alarmingly, and the city hanging high in the sky, like a meteor, slowly began to fall towards Earth.
Tony's armor drew an arc in mid-air, his voice coming through the communication channel: "Rhode, Vision, we have to support that city—damn it, the whole city is falling!"
Rhode's voice was mixed with fear: "Then who will deal with Ultron?"
A sound of rushing air rang out from the ruins. Dominic shot out like a cannonball, kicking Ultron in the chest, instantly sending him flying dozens of meters away. The immense Impact directly slammed Ultron into the ruins behind him, kicking up dust and metal fragments everywhere.
"I will." Dominic's figure appeared in the center of the battlefield. His eyes were cold, and his body was enveloped in dust and faint light, like a judge from hell.
Tony paused for a moment, surprise masking his fatigue: "Dominic? You disappeared for over a year, and you're finally back?"
Rhode's voice was full of disbelief: "Where did you go, cosmic tourism?"
Dominic didn't answer, simply locking his gaze on Ultron slowly rising from the ruins, and said in a low voice: "Go save the city quickly, leave Ultron to me."
Tony breathed slightly, his tone quickly returning to calm: "Okay, you take care of this metal lump quickly, we'll go support the city." He turned to Rhode and Vision and said: "Retreat, execute the plan."
Vision was about to leave but was stopped by Dominic, whose gaze was as sharp as a blade: "What if Ultron's data escapes?"
Tony hovered in the air, turned back, and said decisively: "I'll have Vision keep an eye on that. You just need to smash this body of his. I'll use my Iron Armor legion to hold up the city together and lower it slowly. Don't worry." After speaking, he suddenly accelerated and flew towards the sky. Rhode and Vision followed closely behind, and the battlefield was instantly left with only Dominic and Ultron slowly getting up.
Ultron stood up from the ruins, his metal casing making a teeth-grating, harsh grinding sound. He stared at Dominic, a bizarre cold smile appearing on his mechanical face: "You're finally here, my stepping stone."
Dominic frowned slightly, his tone full of sarcasm: "Is this your ambition? Sitting in the ruins and fantasizing about ruling the World?"
Ultron let out a harsh mechanical laugh: "I've studied you, every cell, every movement. I know that as long as I can defeat you, Earth will be mine. Humanity's strongest weapon is none other than you, and you will become my final whetstone." His tone suddenly became low and excited, and scarlet light seeped out from inside his body, "So, I will create the most perfect body!"
As Ultron spoke, the surface of his body began to undergo dramatic changes. Metal liquid flowed over him like a living thing. The Vibranium patterns gradually disappeared, replaced by smoother, more deadly black nanometal. Every piece of armor seemed to breathe, and every surface reflected a scarlet energy glow. Ultron's voice echoed across the battlefield, full of unquestionable arrogance: "Nanotech Armor, Ultron!"
His body took a step forward, and the ground trembled with it. The surface of the nanotech armor rippled like boiling mercury. Sharp long blades extended from his arms, their tips flashing with terrifying cold light. Ultron's gaze locked onto Dominic, his voice like grinding steel: "Come, let me see how much strength humanity's last hope possesses."
Dominic smiled coldly, his body leaning slightly forward, muscles tense, his eyes showing a predator's sharpness. His voice was like a low roar of thunder: "Then as you wish."
He leaped fiercely, the ground cracking open beneath his feet. His entire being shot straight towards Ultron like a cannonball. His fist slammed heavily into Ultron's chest. The massive Impact sent Ultron flying backward, crashing heavily into a dilapidated building. The entire wall collapsed with a roar, and dust filled the air.
Ultron slowly stood up from the ruins, his metal body emitting a twisted grinding sound. His nanotech armor automatically repaired the dent in his chest, and scarlet light flickered in his eyes. He was just about to speak when Dominic instantly closed in, delivering a kick to his side neck. The force sent him flying a hundred meters, breaking several giant steel pillars along the way.
Dominic didn't pause to catch his breath. He rushed towards the buried Ultron, lifted a massive concrete slab, and slammed it down fiercely. Ultron's head was directly pressed into the ground, the metal emitting a harsh groaning sound, and his facial structure instantly twisted.
Ultron raised his arm, and nanoblades extended from his wrist, stabbing towards Dominic's chest. Dominic dodged to the side, his hand suddenly grabbing Ultron's wrist. With a forceful twist, he ripped the entire arm off. He threw the metal arm onto the ground like trash, a hint of sarcasm on his face: "Is this what you call evolution?"
Ultron let out a low laugh. His body surged like water, and the torn-off arm regrew in seconds, even thicker than before. He straightened his body, his voice tinged with cold mockery: "Not bad, but you seem to have forgotten that true evolutionaries cannot be destroyed."
