When the Wyvern was down completely we all breathed a lot easier, but there wasn't a guarantee that the area was safe or that we were free to do as we pleased, so I immediately rushed over to Kha'Miero and began to fuss over her wounds.
"Are you hurt? Should I give some healing magic a try?"
The Draconian just grunted and shook her head as she pulled a small vial of salve out from her gear, uncorking it and dipping a finger in it before she began to apply it to the areas that were burnt; that acrid tang was stronger around her, and I could see her leather and metal armor was charred in quite a few places.
As I inched closer I found more and more splotches of her scales that were far darker and more matte than normal, so I gently and tenderly reached up and began to apply some of that salve to those spots as well, helping her as much as I could.
"Really, I'm fine Natalie. You should focus on these instead..."
