Chapter 120 - Chapter 120 All Mond members

Xavier turned his head and saw that it was Diona!

Diona's small tail was very agile, constantly wagging.

Her two small fists were tightly clenched, looking forward, seemingly very angry.

"Oh, I'm not used to other wines, but I like the wine Diona makes the most!"

It turned out that Kaeya had left his seat at some point and gone to the Cat's Tail tavern next door to buy two glasses of wine.

"Even, even if you say that, I won't forgive you!"

"You adults who like to drink are stinky enough, but you also act crazy when drunk. Don't you know you'll cause trouble for others?"

Little Diona's ears twitched. She seemed to like Kaeya's praise, but her mouth just wouldn't admit it.

She crossed her arms over her chest, looking arrogant, and even started scolding Kaeya.

This made Xavier very curious, and he quietly asked Kaeya, "Do you really only drink Diona's wine?"

Kaeya also whispered back, "Although the wine Diona makes is indeed delicious, I occasionally go to Angel's Share for a change of pace."

Xavier was speechless; there wasn't a single truthful word from Kaeya's mouth.

Barbara asked strangely, "Huh, is Diona working so early today?"

Diona nodded, "Yes, because I heard the kittens ran away again, and I just caught them back."

"Then come over and have a meal with us!" Xavier waved.

"Huh? Who are you? I don't think I've seen you before?"

Diona was somewhat wary of strangers, not to mention Xavier, who was from a foreign land.

"Don't be afraid, Big Brother is a good person; he just wants to be friends with you." Xavier showed a kind smile.

This, on the contrary, made Diona even more wary, and she took two steps back.

"You're talking too strangely. What good person says that about themselves? You must be the pervert from the legends!"

This directly silenced Xavier. He had only wanted to speak to Diona in the same tone he would use with a child.

He didn't expect Diona to be so precocious as to call him a pervert!

"Diona, you misunderstood! Xavier is a great hero of our Mondstadt City; he just helped us deal with a very powerful monster!"

Fortunately, Amber explained.

"So that's how it is." Diona then walked over and cautiously probed, "Do you drink alcohol?"

"Uh, sometimes I drink a tiny bit of beer..." Xavier knew Diona's red line and answered conservatively.

"Actually, it's okay to drink a little occasionally, as long as you're not like this drunkard!"

Unexpectedly, Diona's tolerance was quite high, and she pointed at Kaeya.

Suddenly remembering something, Diona said angrily, "And there's another drunkard! Every time I pass him, I can smell alcohol. It's really annoying!"

"Hehe, that is indeed annoying."

Venti appeared out of nowhere, startling Diona.

"Hey, I'm talking about you, you drunkard! You're even more annoying than Kaeya!" Diona became even angrier.

This made Xavier a little surprised, "Venti, weren't you at my place this morning? Why are you back?"

"After all, this is my territory; it's necessary to fulfill my duties as a host." Venti sat down next to Xavier without any hesitation.

Barbara seemed quite disgusted with this bard, who reeked of alcohol and didn't do proper work.

She couldn't help but complain, "To fulfill your duties as a host, you should show some action, not just talk."

"Mm-hmm, good point!" Venti took out his lyre. "In that case, I'll play a tune to show my appreciation."

Barbara got even angrier. How could this drunkard be so righteous about freeloading?

"Big Brother Xavier!"

A small fiery sun came running from afar and immediately threw himself into Xavier's embrace.

"Klee!" Xavier hugged Klee tightly.

"Big Brother Xavier, are you here to play with Klee?"

Innocent little Klee thought Xavier had come specifically to play with her, and Xavier certainly wouldn't shatter a child's dream.

"Yes, and Klee even called everyone else over too!" Xavier said with a smile.

"Yay! Klee loves Big Brother Xavier!"

A child's world truly has no worries.

"Oh my goodness, Captain Kaeya, I finally found you." At this moment, a breathless voice came.

Xavier looked and saw that it was Noelle!

"Ha, so it's Noelle. Do you have something for me?" Kaeya took a big gulp of wine and asked.

Noelle handed over the box in her hand and said, "Did Captain Kaeya forget? This is what you asked me to retrieve from the Dawn Winery."

Kaeya laughed heartily, "Thank you, Noelle, I almost forgot about this."

"Wait a moment!" Diona sniffed her small nose and said, "This must contain wine."

Without waiting for Kaeya's consent, Diona directly tore open the wooden box.

Inside, she found bottles of wine.

"Hey, you're really annoying! You just said you liked my wine the most!"

Diona was so angry that she bared her small cat teeth, wishing she could bite him.

"Uh, this is what Diluc insisted on giving me; I didn't ask for it." Kaeya made a clumsy excuse.

"Is that so? If someone hadn't begged me repeatedly, I wouldn't have given away this year's vintage."

A cold voice came, exposing Kaeya's lie.

"Diluc, why are you here too? Aren't you very busy?" Kaeya was startled.

Diluc simply crossed his arms and didn't answer.

Jean explained, "I wrote to Diluc to come. Xavier, you wouldn't mind, would you?"

Xavier said generously, "Of course not! Actually, I really like lively gatherings; the more people, the better!"

Although Diluc was no longer a member of the Knights of Favonius, to Jean, he was a senior and an indispensable presence in Mondstadt City.

So, for the first meeting with Xavier, she absolutely had to call Diluc over.

Besides respecting Xavier, it was also a sign of valuing Diluc.

Since they had already arrived, Diluc and Noelle were, of course, invited to take their seats.

"Eh, can I also sit here?" Noelle was a little overwhelmed.

Klee nodded emphatically, "Mm! Big Sister Noelle is a good person, so of course you can!"

It was then that Xavier realized that most of the Mondstadt characters he knew had already appeared!

Except for Mona, Mika, and Fischl, everyone else was present!

Just as he was thinking, Mona and Mika passed by.

"Mona, Mika, why are you here too?" Eula said with some surprise.

Mona rubbed her dark circles and said weakly, "Mika said he encountered some very ancient totems while surveying, and he needed my help to decipher them. I put in a lot of effort."

Mika scratched his head sheepishly, "The Grand Master said this was very important information, and she specifically told me to come back."

"Hey, Xavier, it's incredibly rude of you to come to Mondstadt and not pay your respects to this Prinzessin!"
