Chapter 120 - Dialogue (2)

The group of people talked about a few more things before they finally stopped talking. After all, they all knew that no. 1 definitely didn't achieve it in an easy way.

There was no need to dig too deep.

They should focus on their performance tomorrow first.

While Kurokawa Saki was resting, the others were acting seriously.

Well, partially.

After no. 5 saw the bombs that no. 1 made, he understood why she said that it was easy to solve. Even his subordinate would be able to solve this kind of bomb.

*sigh*

Forget it.

They were only planning to let the police watch the fireworks with them. While it was technically wasting the police forces, most of them were still busy with yesterday's matter anyway.

Besides, asking his subordinates to make bombs… it was estimated that he would be called for review.

So it's better to use these 'undercover agents' who were still criminals on the surface.

He passed the bomb to no. 3, who planted them tearfully.

To be honest, no. 3 was really satisfied with his character skill points. He might be the only person whose character skill points and abilities kept on increasing after his death. As long as he digested this knowledge properly, the skill points would be transferred over even if he were to change his ID card.

So he was basically the only one who never suffered so much but had the most capabilities.

Of course, he didn't dare to brag.

No. 4 will definitely not hesitate to beat him up if he did.

And he might attract the hatred of 5 other people who have been working hard in this game.

*brr*

No. 3 didn't want to seek death yet.

Anyway, he saw the large number of bombs and simply did what he needed.

The first one was put on a park fountain not far from the Metropolitan Police Department. Then they were put in Teitan High School and the other five were put in the hospital.

How he managed to get in and erased his trace… It was all a history of blood and tears.

He was chased off by a dog in the middle of the night after planting the bombs.

*sigh*

And those b*stards were only laughing at him instead of helping.

Tsk.

They were really annoying.

Anyway, after he planted the bomb, he asked no. 5 to help him send the fax.

No way.

Who made him have no hacking skills at all.

As for the puzzles…

He had to let the group brainstorm because he didn't have reasoning skills.

All his skills were criminals related skills…

And his IQ was not high enough either.

It was really sad.

Anyway, after Hikari Yuki met with her higher ups, she made her way to Professor Agasa house. Yesterday's event was really lively and the children were still talking excitedly about it.

Hikari Yuki didn't know why they were so excited.

Conan was also there, bandages on his body.

It seemed that he was injured from the case yesterday.

"Sister Yuki! You're early!" The children greeted her excitedly and Hikari Yuki generously gave them some candies.

Conan looked at the candy in his hand speechlessly. He couldn't understand why Hikari Yuki liked to give candies to children so much.

But seeing the children so happy, he shook his head.

"By the way, can I borrow Ai for a minute?" Hikari Yuki notices that they were still in front of Professor Agasa house, so it should be fine for her to let her stay inside for a bit.

"Why do you want to borrow Ai?" Conan looked at Hikari Yuki warily.

"Because I'm not convinced that the dress I choose is not as good as Ai! I want to convince her again!" Hikari Yuki said with an expression as if she didn't want to lose.

Conan: "..."

The three children: "..."

Even Haibara Ai looked at Hikari Yuki as if she was sick, but knowing the other party's real identity, she still chose to follow her inside. Anyway, this person also saved her sister, so there was nothing wrong with coming closer to talk.

After entering, Hikari Yuki pointed at the basement. "There?"

Haibara Ai narrowed her eyes but still nodded and the two of them walked inside.

Hikari Yuki looked at the door thoughtfully and took out a device and pasted it on the door. After that, she took out the two small bags of blood that she carried with her.

"Whose blood is this?" Haibara Ai asked in confusion.

"Mine. Haven't you wanted to get my blood for a long time?" Hikari Yuki asked with a smile.

"What?" Haibara Ai was shocked and nearly dropped the bag. Her expression turned ugly as she looked at Hikari Yuki sternly. "Tell me, what happened?"

With how cautious Sake in the organization is, there was no way she would give her blood to others so easily. After all, many things could be checked through a person's blood.

Haibara Ai understood that the other party should have a reason why she had to give her blood to her.

"I met with the Boss yesterday… or rather, his body double." Hikari Yuki crouched down and rubbed Haibara Ai's head. "I have to drink what they have prepared. From my experience, there shouldn't be any poison or drugs, but you know their capabilities in this area more than me. So I want you to check if there's any drugs remaining in my blood."

Haibara Ai's expression turned ugly when she heard that. She took the two bags of blood and asked, "When?"

"Yesterday. I took the blood at night right after coming back and there's an interval of around 8 to 11 hours. I'm still useful, so I don't think they will give me anything that will kill me, but I have a lot of drug resistance… so don't be surprised when you see it later."

Hikari Yuki's expression was a bit bitter when she talked about this.

Normally speaking, it would have been impossible for her to raise her drug resistance so high, but who made her have so many skill points?

Since she feared death and control of the organization so much, Kurokawa Saki invested almost half of her entire skill points in various resistance training skills. From torture resistance, hypnosis resistance, to various drugs resistance.

She directly raises every type of drugs that could possibly be used by the organization against her to an extremely high level.

Some even put at 100 while the rest hover between 80 to 90.

Honestly, Hikari Yuki didn't even understand why there were skills called drug resistance among the skills. But since she needed it more, then she simply picked it.

For some common drugs, she trained it herself since skill points are expensive.

But most of them were directly raised.

Not to mention her confrontation with Rum at that time….

Hikari Yuki gave a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, I'm fine, Ai."

"You…" can you please don't do anything dangerous?

Haibara Ai looked at Hikari Yuki's expression and guessed that the organization was willing to trust Sake should be because of some unknown reason.

Was it related to drugs?

Two small bags of blood wouldn't be enough for her to test everything, but she should be able to test for all the vital ingredients of most fatal poisons in the organization.

Haibara Ai took a deep breath. "Please… take care of yourself, okay?"

"I know, Ai." Hikari Yuki smiled gently and rubbed Haibara Ai's head tenderly. She didn't actually want to let Ai be involved.

With no. 9 special skills, it would be hard for anyone to die, so she could be rest assured. But just in case, it would be better for her to be self-sufficient.

Moreover, if there were any problems, Hikari Yuki wanted to use this chance to enter the organization laboratory.

She might be able to get APTX 4869 out of there.

"You better be." Haibara Ai pursed her lips and then started working. She didn't want to lose Hikari Yuki.

Even though she was not that close to the other party, she gave her a gentle and comfortable feeling. This made Haibara Ai even more unwilling to let the other party go.

But since Sake is still in the organization and has an extremely high position, it would be impossible to let her leave.

'You better not have anything wrong.'

Hikari Yuki didn't know that her expression made Ai mistook her for having the organization give her medicine or something.

If she knew what Ai was thinking, she would definitely shout that it's wrong.

They only did it for a week and it's a big failure for her.

Because… She had enough resistance at that time.

That was the time when Kurokawa Saki was extremely grateful for raising her drug resistance and invested so many points.

It was worth it.
