Those words cut straight to the core of Lucius' pride.
He gritted his teeth, anger flashing in his eyes. "I am a prince! I could ruin your life in an instant! Think carefully before you act."
But Luna stayed calm, showing not the slightest hint of fear he had expected.
"Yes, you're a prince. So what?"
Lucius' breath quickened. Before he could reply, Luna continued, her voice sharp and piercing.
"Remember—I'm not from the Magic Kingdom of Arcadia. I'm from the Holy Kingdom of Aldoria, heir to the Duke's family, whose rank is just one step below the royal family. Do you really think your arrogance works on everyone?"
This time, Lucius was completely speechless. He wanted to retort but found no words strong or reasonable enough.
After all, Luna was entirely correct.
Luna didn't bother arguing. She stood up and said coldly, "Get out of here, or I'll report you to the Academy Head. I know her well—expelling you isn't impossible."
