Osa barged into the command room. "We're going to bomb Ethan's Dam." Underneath the palace, the command room was a secret location known only to government officials.
The military commander spat out his coffee onto the computer screen. He placed his glass mug on the table. "What? If we do that, we're going to kill thousands of people in Intermarium." The officer had a gold star on his blue suit to show off his high-ranking status.
Osa smiled. "Exactly. Lolita is a Barbie doll, and she's going to melt like plastic." He reached into the pocket of his robe to pull out a lighter, pipe, and lit up, inhaling the smoke.
"You're starting a war between us and Intermarium-"
"No. I didn't start anything. Lolita owes me a lot of money, and her people are going to suffer because of her." Osa blew out a cloud of smoke from his pipe.
"Did you talk to her about repaying you?"
"The stupid bitch doesn't listen to me. She still hasn't sent boats to evacuate her prisoners from the reform camp! Her prisoners are draining our resources at the reform camp! It's not my responsibility to provide food and housing for her prisoners. Now, you'll do as I command because I'm ruler."
