Veylor and kael were still watching from their lab.
Kael narrowed his eyes and muttered, "What… what is this form?"
Veylor didn't answer. He just stared at the screen, his face grim, like he already understood the weight of what was happening.
The scene shifted to Lothar. His body blazed with overwhelming Voltra, and he raised his hand high into the air. In an instant, a massive blast began to form in his palm, growing brighter with every passing second.
Kaiju's eyes went wide as he saw the energy swelling. He grabbed Hikari and flung her aside, desperate to escape the incoming strike. But the blast was too fast. It hit Kaiju head-on, tearing through his body in a violent explosion.
Half of him was blown away. Staggering, his frame barely held together—yet, with horrifying speed, his body began to regenerate.
"This is bad…" Kaiju muttered, fear twisting his face. "I have to run. Those blasts… they're too fast, too dangerous."
But Lothar wasn't finished. He raised his hand again, charging another blast. This one was even larger, even deadlier. He unleashed it straight at Kaiju.
Kaiju barely dodged. The blast missed him by inches, but when it struck the ground, the entire area erupted. Buildings crumbled into dust, the earth split apart, shockwaves flattening everything in sight.
Meanwhile, Hikari gritted her teeth, pressing a hand to her wound. She forced her Voltra to its limit, trying to heal herself. Light stirred, slowly pushing himself up, both of them staring at Lothar in awe.
His power… it was unlike anything they had ever seen.
Light's eyes fell on a thick, broken chain lying nearby. He grabbed it, glanced at Hikari, and gave her a quick nod. Without hesitation, they both poured their Voltra into the chain and hurled it at Kaiju.
The glowing chain wrapped tightly around him, binding him from both sides—Hikari pulling with all her strength on one end, Light on the other. Kaiju roared, thrashing wildly, but he couldn't break free.
Lothar raised his hand one last time. His aura flared brighter than ever as another colossal blast gathered in his palm. With Kaiju trapped, he fired.
The explosion swallowed Kaiju whole. This time, there was no escape. His body was consumed, vanishing into nothingness.
Hikari and Light let go of the chain, gasping for breath. Relief washed over them both.
Finally… Kaiju has gone.
