This method of salt steaming was developed by Tang Wanwan based on her previous experiences and lessons. It involves a simpler and more direct physical filtration process. First, the brine is boiled in an iron pot for the initial simple filtration, repeating the process several times until the water turns cloudy. Then, a deep filtration is done using a platform paved with charcoal. This filtration continues until the brine becomes clear and transparent. The brine is then poured onto a scorching hot salt-drying platform for exposure to the sun, or alternatively, boiled in a pot to directly turn the brine into pure white fine salt.
In this way, it is both fast and effortless, making the clan leader very happy after inspecting it personally.
