Thea took a picture of Julian Sinclair pressing the elevator button as evidence.
Then she sent it to Florence Locke: "I'm enlightened."
Florence replied with a string of ellipses: "..."
Thea was heartbroken by this unreliable world.
To the point where she felt that her relationship with Landon Ford was just child's play.
She took a cab home and, unexpectedly, ran into Zia Sutton and Aurora Sutton coming home together.
The three of them gathered at the door, and Aurora and Zia greeted each other as usual. Then Aurora asked Thea, "Thea, we're going to a movie premiere later tonight, do you want to come?"
"Huh? Movie premiere?"
Thea got excited instantly: "Sure, sure."
With such entertainment activities, she definitely wanted to join in.
Zia commented, "Don't you usually go to bed early every day? Won't going to the movie with us interfere with your sleep?"
Ever since Thea moved back home, her schedule had oddly matched that of Mr. and Mrs. Sutton, a middle-aged routine.
