A refuge for certain evil beings as well.
The entire Maladonia was then ruled by a powerful and evil devil, Balzeb.
But now, this place has undergone a complete transformation.
Ruled by the evil Five-Colored Dragon Queen, Tiamat.
The entire hell now bears no resemblance to its former appearance.
In the blood-black sky above, Five-Colored Dragons dance chaotically, with dragon roars echoing all around.
On the ground, mountains and buildings rise steeply.
There are even numerous magical creatures.
The entire seventh layer of hell exudes a sense of civilization.
Groups of devils engaged in tense labor.
Many devils moving in and out of plane teleportation gates, transporting various supplies.
Even some devils feed and massage the massive dragons.
There are even devils striving to train.
Devils are different from demons.
