The final upgrade seemed to take longer than usual; Chen Mo always found it completed after a night's sleep.
But today, Chen Mo woke up excitedly to check on his full-level food truck, only to find it looked exactly the same as last night.
The system in his mind still showed it was in the process of upgrading.
During the upgrade, the food truck wasn't usable except for returning to the room to rest.
"Tsk, this is a bit troublesome."
Originally, Chen Mo planned to teleport back to Taiwan after the upgrade and have Chen Kexin show him around for a few days to enjoy the local delicacies. Now the food truck was out of commission, so this plan had to be postponed.
With nothing much to do today,
Chen Mo looked up at the unfinished building, where the same three old men with hard hats were dinging away at steel pipes in the yard.
Shaking his head with a smile, he returned to the RV to prepare breakfast.
This was probably Chen Mo's most relaxed day in a long while.
