The three great toads of Mount Myōboku charged straight at the giant summons in the sky.
Meanwhile, Naruto had already rushed in front of the fat Pain. The slug tucked inside his jacket immediately passed him intel.
"Naruto, ninjutsu won't work on this one! Any jutsu you use will just get absorbed!"
Naruto gave a quick nod. "Then… I'll just use Frog Kumite!"
Behind them, the three other Pains kept their Rinnegan fixed on his every move.
The fat Pain lunged forward with a black rod, stabbing at Naruto. Naruto blocked with his left hand, then swung a punch with his right. But the fat Pain leaned back effortlessly, dodging with his eyes closed.
Naruto followed with a sharp kick. The fat Pain caught his leg midair, but the blow was still powerful enough to shake him.
The slug's voice echoed again: "All the Pains' eyes are linked! Unless you attack from a spot none of them can see, you'll never land a hit!"
Naruto used the recoil from his kick to leap back and steady himself. "Then I'll just show you an attack you can't see coming!"
At the same time, Gamabunta unleashed a flurry of strikes, every one hammering into the weak points of Pain's summons.
"You damn mutt, get down here!" he roared.
"I may not be graceful," Gamaken grunted, whirling his spear and driving it straight through his target with explosive force.
Gamahiro followed up with his Toad Karate, a rapid series of palm strikes that overwhelmed another beast.
Naruto darted back at the fat Pain, launching a punch. Pain dodged, but an invisible wave of energy slammed into his face with a thunderous crack! His cheek ballooned instantly as he was blasted off his feet.
The three great toads readied their weapons. Gamabunta drove his blade deep into the split-dog's body, spraying blood everywhere. Gamaken's spear surged with white energy, crushing a summoning beast into the ground. Gamahiro drew the twin swords from his back—one flash of steel, and blood spattered in all directions.
The split-dog remained, but the other two beasts burst into smoke. Gamabunta pinned the dog beneath his massive foot. "Stay down, you little bastard!" With one crushing stomp, he drove it into the earth.
The fat Pain lay on the ground, his swollen face slack, completely unconscious.
Tendō Pain frowned. "He clearly dodged, and yet…"
Fukasaku puffed his chest proudly. "That's Frog Kumite for ya! By drawing on natural energy, the very air becomes part of Naruto's attack! In Sage Mode, his senses and attack range are on a whole other level."
Naruto raised his head. "I don't have time to drag this out. I'll finish it in one shot—with a new jutsu!"
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
POOF!
Two more Narutos appeared beside him.
Now even Tendō Pain looked shaken. "So, you've become a Sage… You've mastered the same jutsu as Jiraiya."
Naruto's eyes widened. "Wait… you knew Pervy Sage?"
"I learned ninjutsu from him too. Jiraiya was once my teacher."
"That makes me your senior. We trained under the same master, so we should understand each other. Our sensei always dreamed of peace."
But Naruto's hand was already glowing with a spinning, screeching jutsu—one even more intense than the Rasengan.
"You've gotta be kidding me…"
Shima gasped. "What insane chakra… Did Minato teach him this?"
Even Fukasaku was stunned. "No… I've never seen it before. Not once during training. What is that boy planning?"
Far off, the Hyūga clan observed with Byakugan. "What… is that jutsu?"
Sakura turned quickly. "What is it?"
"Naruto's chakra… it's shaped like a shuriken!"
Sakura's eyes went wide. "Wind Style: Rasenshuriken!!!"
"Naruto!!!" she cried.
Naruto's voice trembled with fury. "You call this peace? Look at Konoha—reduced to rubble! This is your idea of peace?!"
Pain's expression hardened. "You see only one tree, but not the forest. You don't understand the meaning of peace. Surrender—your death will bring the world closer to it."
The Rasenshuriken in Naruto's hand spun wildly, a storm of wind so sharp it seemed like it would tear the sky open.
"I told you—don't joke with me!"
Naruto hurled the Rasenshuriken with all his strength. It screamed through the air, ripping toward Pain.
In the Hokage's World
"He actually threw it…? That's… an upgraded Rasengan?" Kakashi's forehead broke into a cold sweat.
The Third Hokage's eyes widened in shock. "So much chakra condensed into a single jutsu… with elemental transformation added—and thrown? This is another forbidden technique."
In the World of One Piece
On a ship, Whitebeard downed a huge bowl of sake. "Are all these guys Devil Fruit users? That kid's last move looked like swordsmanship—but he had no blade. Strange power."
Marco smirked. "Whatever it is, no ability beats Pops' Tremor-Tremor Fruit."
Whitebeard's booming laugh shook the deck—followed quickly by a fit of coughing.
"Father!" his crewmates shouted, rushing toward him.
In the World of Inuyasha
Inuyasha's sword, Tessaiga, rattled at his hip. "That last jutsu… it carried the power of wind."
His ears twitched. "I wasn't wrong—it's definitely wind. I wonder what would happen if my Wind Scar clashed with his Rasenshuriken…"
Kagome glared at him. "You're such an idiot, Inuyasha. Sit!"
WHAM!
Back on the battlefield, Fukasaku's jaw dropped. "He actually hurled that much concentrated chakra at such insane speed… Is this another fruit of his training?"
The Rasenshuriken roared toward Pain, blasting a violent gale in its wake. Tendō Pain and the large-bodied Pain leapt high to dodge.
The summoner Pain froze in horror, saved only because the long-haired Pain yanked her away at the last second.
Naruto narrowed his eyes. The Rasenshuriken suddenly stopped midair—then shot upward, expanding as it went!
It nearly struck Tendō Pain, who flickered out of sight at the last moment. The massive shuriken then swerved toward the long-haired Pain and the summoner.
The long-haired Pain shoved his comrade clear, taking the hit himself. The Rasenshuriken enveloped him with a sizzling hiss.
The summoner scrambled up, fingers flying into seals. "Summoning Jutsu!!!"
A long-beaked monster bird burst into the air, diving straight at Naruto. But Naruto sprang upward, landing on its back as its beak crashed into the ground, throwing up clouds of dust.
Then the Rasenshuriken detonated. White wind chakra exploded outward, ripping through the battlefield, gouging a colossal crater into the earth.
Pain's eyes narrowed. "Just as Deidara said… this boy doesn't listen to reason."
From under Gamabunta's foot, the split-dog suddenly split again, wriggling free. Gamabunta went flying, legs in the air.
Gamaken shouted a warning: "Careful! Every time that thing gets hit, it multiplies!!!"
